I ordered these as a set because of the great price and they are fantastic!!! First, I waited to open the box because I didn’t have time to put them together. My sweet Grayson is 15lbs, as you can see he fits lengthwise (he's a very athletic chonk by the way) I wish it was the same in width as in length and that they had an option of four sides instead of only three. I won't be knocking a star off since I knew what I was purchasing and always read all descriptions thoroughly. We were buying those cheaper versions online that really are basically made for kittens because they are so small with cheap fabric barely glued on to cardboard. Wanted something more substantial and we found it! Love the fact these are made with real wood so eventually when the rope gets torn off or the carpet gets torn we can replace it ourselves knowing the wood is not going to get destroyed underneath. These are well-made and our cats took to them instantly! We have Maine coons so the larger size bed and resting areas fit them perfectly! Our cats started using them before they were even put together. They did not like the smaller cheaper versions we have been buying. Liked this company so much we have bought four from this company! This smaller one was such a great price that we bought two. It came fully assembled in the box and our cats absolutely love it! Maybe it is advertised and I wasn't attentive enough but I was not sure if it comes assembled or not. I was ecstatic to receive it assembled. Sturdy, solid, does not take a lot of room. I was very pleased that it was totally assembled. Once pulled out of the box the quality is obvious. It is sturdy and well made. My two cats took to it well. I wish the upper bed was a little larger but overall it added a nice feature to their little lives.
