These soles are obviously well-made and the size "M" is a perfect fit for a US size 10.5 shoe without trimming, which may be perfect for some. The arch support is higher than I need so they were uncomfortable for me and went straight back into the box. If you are looking for a good insole with high arch support they may be perfect for you. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the product didn't work for me so I can't rate it based on having used it. ... show more

I have bought the insoles of this brand for the 2nd time. The first one was for me ( and I was very satisfied with the comfort and quality ) , and now I have bought the 2nd one for my husband ( he has flatfeet ). The insoles also are very comfortable and have excellent support for the feet . My husband is on his feet all the time at work, and with these insoles, he gets much less tired.     • Amazing the stuff it did for my feet
I have "pronation" in my left food and that caused my foot to swell to ridiculous sizes. I followed my doctor's recommendations and fount inserts that were exactly what the doctor wanted me to have. I put them on, then decided to trim them down, and both sets are doing exactly what we are promised they would do. The pain that comes every evening is almost non-existent. They don't do well with sandals because there is no back to keep the insert from sliding out the back of the shoe. But in my household slippers they are perfect. I tried them in my tennis shoes and it worked well there too. Love it, recommend it. ... show more

After suddenly experiencing foot pain for no apparent reason, I tried 2 products from Dr. Scholl's with no good results. Typically, my foot pain(s) would resolve themselves. Now at 59 things seem to be changing. I opted to see a podiatrist. After explaining the unique way I walk, and before prescribing other expensive alternatives for my pain, he recommended these. To my surprise they work. Admittedly, they were/are a little uncomfortable. However, within a few short days of using them I could walk around in my socked feet pain free. My father-in-law uses them as well w/the same result. While these work for me, it would be improper to recommend them as each individual has different needs. I am merely happy my podiatrist suggested these to what would have been a very expensive alternative. ... show more

It gives arch support better than most inserts, that part is accurate. I personally was hoping to use these to be able to wear a pair of nice boots I have, but had no support built in. Again, they give the arch support but there's no cushion in these for your heels at all despite what it looks like and them being for heavier people. Very hard to walk in for long periods. A few years ago I found I needed insoles in my shoes. (I have very high arches, and plantar fasciitis.) I bought Superfeet insoles first, and they work well. They aren't cheap, but no foot pain is worth it. These are cheaper, and they seem to be lasting just as long. They say they are for bigger guys, and I am very much so that. My feet don't hurt, after work even if I stand/walk all shift (old job was 12 hours of standing/walking, other than breaks. Current job is 8 hours more standing or walking in a very small area.) I don't wake up to my feet hurting. These might not work for everyone. (It took me a few different insoles to find a pair that work really well for me.) BUT they work well for me and my needs. And the price is good. I've found they last about as long as the Superfeet insoles, but are about 20-30 bucks cheaper. Which is nice, I can buy a few different sets for each of my shoes (I have safety toe shoes and steel toe boots I wear for work, and then a pair of normal tennis shoes, and plain toe boots I wear.) And it saves me from having to change out the insole to a different pair of shoes when I want to wear them. I do wish they had more cushion, like more padding. But I think that the soft padding wouldn't hold up as well. So I get why they don't I've been buying some really cheap just padding insoles and using them on to these insoles. And that helps a lot. ... show more

This is a very good product for anyone who needs a good supportive insert. I was hoping for some relief from planter fasciitis heel pain but my case was too severe for these inserts to do anything immediate about pain. They did however provide much better fit and support in the footwear that I put them into. Advice from my Doctor suggests that they also will help longer term to help heal my current case of plantar fasciitis and to prevent future problems. Only time will tell but at least its a good thing to do for this condition (per the Doctor) and the inserts also make old footwear feel new again. ... show more
