This my favorite eye makeup remover. Pretty sure it's the same formula as the old Clean and Clear one that I used for years. It's gentle on my sensitive eyes and never burns. Leaves a little bit of an oily feeling, but it's moisturizing rather than greasy. You gotta shake it up a little bit before using it, but this stuff works great for getting off waterproof formulas. I’ve bought other liquid makeup removers for my mascara that I did not like. This one is fantastic. TIP: I bought on Amazon a frosted glass /4-ounce bottle with a pump and put the eye make up remover in it. It’s easier for me to use not removing the cap and screwing it back on, in the shower.

Takes off waterproof eye makeup without having to scrub, which I like. You do need to make sure you rinse it off, though, before applying fresh makeup, because it can cause smudging.

Takes off my waterproof mascara easily, and doesn't bother my eyes, or mess with my contacts. It is oil based so you need to follow up with a secondary cleanser or micellar water type product, but that's expected.

All this says oil free it does have a very oily feel to it. It works well to remove eye makeup but I didn’t like the feel.
