I really like using a balm product, and this one is a winner. Aside from it's effectiveness - which is the most important quality - I particularly like it because it can be used on eyelids, whereas the balms I've used before require a separate product to remove eye makeup. Removes makeup in one rotation and leaves skin soft and clean. I additionally clean with a secondary face wash to complete my cleaning routine. I have used several brands of oils vs balms and this balm doesnt bother my eyes or clog my pores. It smells nice and my sensitive skin loves it.

    • Works and smells beautiful!
I saw someone use this on IG and I decided to try it because of the great price (compared to other brands). This stuff does the trick and takes off my makeup, it’s a bonus that it smells so good.

    • Works really well (but clogs drains)
This is super effective for removing makeup gently and without causing pain to sensitive skin. I use it as a first step to get the makeup off and then cleanse with my usual facial cleanser to remove the oils and any remaining makeup traces. It’s especially good at removing eye makeup, even waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I appreciate this, as my eyes are sensitive and I like that I don’t have to scrub or tug at them, plus the balm itself is gentle around the eye area. My biggest complaint is that it really does need to be rinsed off to some extent to remove the makeup fully- IMO it’s hard to just wipe it all off otherwise- and because the product is made up of a lot of oily substances it’s really bad about causing drain clogs. I haven’t figured out the best solution for this yet but it works so well I continue to use it anyway. ... show more

This is my third time ordering this product. I have purchased cleansing balms that were much more expensive and this product works just as well if not better! It removes my makeup including mascara with very little effort. It is lovely especially when mixed with a little water, when it turns into a creamy cleanser. You don’t have to use a lot to get your skin clean, and it leaves the skin moisturized but not greasy. Another thing I love is light scent of orange. This product is a must-have! ... show more

Second time purchasing this. I was using a more expensive balm that worked really well at removing sunscreen & makeup but left my face feeling over-moisturized/oily. This balm removes makeup and didn’t dry out my face or leave it feeling oily. No irritation & I have crazy reactive skin, I can use this to remove eye makeup without any stinging. I like the light citrus scent. This is more than half of what I was paying for the other balm and there is lots more in this jar too. Win win! ... show more

This exceeded my expectations. For the price, it is arguably one of the best products out there for make up removal. It caused no irritation, no breakouts. It was very hydrating and gentle. It does have fragrance. But I don’t mind it. I will be buying again!

This cleanser is amazing. A little goes a long ways and it took my makeup off with such ease. To top it off it smells like citrus. A lot of cleanser I used in the past have a chemical smell to them. Not this one!!
