I want to see more information on a skincare product right on the Amazon page, or, if not there, for the manufacturer to have a clickable link to their site. I did google this Neostrata Enlighten Serum and found it on the Neostrata website and a few other places, including a big box store that sold it about $30 less (though everywhere else it's around the $82). The box indicates this is made in the US from domestic and imported products, but even on their page they don't say 'made in the US' so, really, I'd just like to know where it's manufactured, wherever that is, even if outside the US--I have lots of K Beauty products and other skincare made outside the US so it doesn't have to be here in the US. Just let me know upfront, Neostrata, and beef up your Amazon page some. That aside, it's a lovely serum. Clear and not too thick so it glides on the skin nicely. There is a very subtle soft 'powder' scent to it, slightly floral, but it's not overwhelming and it disappears within at least an hour after applying. Of course I can't tell you what results I will have this fast. It takes weeks or months of consistent use of any skincare product to see results. But I can tell you that it felt great on my face, absorbed quickly, didn't irritate my slight-rosacea-prone skin (no burning, itching, redness), and left my skin feeling super soft. I really liked the feel of this serum and how it made my skin feel, but before I'd pay $82 for an ounce of this product, I'd want to do more research on the company and the product. ... show more

This is the third Neostrata product I've tried and I've been very pleased with all three of them. I have very sensitive skin and none of them have irritated it at all. This serum is definitely a quality serum, it absorbs into the skin well and leaves my skin looking dewy the following day. It's hard for me to say whether it's brightening or not since my skin is fairly even toned but it definitely does make it glow ... show more

I first learned about Neostrata at a Drs office where they were selling it. I consider it to be a trusted brand. So I was happy to try this serum. This is a clear fluid that felt a bit sticky on my skin after application. It is designed to help even skin and brighten it. I ran the ingredients through a skin care checker and was pleased to see it scored only a 1 for potentially comedogenic and fungal acne causing ingredients. That’s great. I will see how this works on my skin over time. NEOSTRATA Enlighten Illuminating Serum. Per the description, this serum evens out uneven skin discoloration and dark spots for sun exposure and aging. It contains neoglucosamine, 4% Niacinamide (vitamin B3), B-resorcinol and Licorice Extract. The serum is dense and on the thicker side. When applied, I feel a light sting but It doesn’t irritate my sensitive dry skin and my skin doesn’t get pink or red reactions to it. The corrector instantly hydrates, tightens, and brightens my skin. After using a few weeks, it is hard to tell yet if it has evened out my skin tone but I read that Niacinamide (vitamin B3) hydrates skin, treats hyperpigmentation, improves elasticity, reduces redness, and has antioxidant features. Per the instructions, limit sun exposure during and after use of this product to prevent darkening from reoccurring. Per the box info, this product is manufactured in the USA of domestic and imported components. I read NeoStrata Company Inc is own by Johnson & Johnson. Comes in a glass bottle with a plastic pump. I really like how it's moisturizing without being too oily. I have been so dried out this winter, but after a shower and patting this into my face and decolletage it feels a little better. UsuallyI add a moisturizer on top though since it isn't actually a moisturizer, but a serum. I'm not sure I really have a much more even skin tone after using this for awhile, but that's just my judgement. And I like it anyway, but I also have a light facial oil that does about the same. The instructions also do make it more complicated than it has to be. I just squeeze it all into one palm, rub palms together, and pat all over my face, neck！My skin is a bit more radiant and supple.
