  • Great Tripod
Size: 79 inch
Overall a solid tripod. I've had this for several months and it works great, is sturdy and can be used in a lot of different ways.

  • Very Solid and Versatile Tripod, But Not Very Light
Size: 72 inch
This is what I was looking for in a camera tripod. It is very sturdy and adjustable. It can adjust to take horizontal photos near the ground or overhead shots from the max extension of the legs or eye level shots with the legs and center post extended. The ball swivel is large and locks solidly. It seems very well built and I expect it to last a very long time. The QR plate is small and can stay of the camera without getting in the way for handheld shots. The carrying bag is padded and good enough for my purposes. It is a little heavy and big for long distance backpacking but that's not what I bought it for. I wanted a sturdy, versatile tripod that I could carry on short hikes if needed but on longer hikes I just shoot handheld. It is also a little annoying that you can start to unscrew the head when you pan, but once you learn to avoid this it's OK. ... show more

  • Great value for student use
Size: 72 inch
Arrived well packed. Padded carry bag is definitely a step up from a lot of other products "included equipment" and ensures no shipping damage too. This tripod feels beefy enough to hold up to student use. It's not a professional grade item, but its light years better than a cheapo "made to hold your iphone" tripod. I wish the clamps used for telescoping the legs felt a tiny bit more robust, but the build quality seems good enough overall that I will trust that the clamps are engineered properly. Does everything it claims to do. No sharp edges, no sticky screws, nothing wiggles when it shouldn't. We'll see how it holds up over time, but my confidence is pretty high. ... show more

  • Good tripod, but be prepared to struggle.
Size: 72 inch
Great tripod in terms of features and stability. It can hold a mirrorless camera with a cage, a teleprompter, external display and shotgun mic without tipping. Also has lots of cool features for different angles of shooting. Knocking off a star for the absolute difficulty of setting up and using. Maybe it’s too “new” and that’s why it’s so “stiff”, but these locks (pictured) to adjust the spread of the legs (for low-angle shooting) are quite literally impossible unlock. If you’re shooting by yourself and your tripod gets stuck, you’re screwed. I had to have my husband try to help, and even he couldn’t figure it out. Because of this issue, I don’t recommend this tripod for solo shooters on the go. You shouldn’t have to be Hercules to be able to use this tripod. Neewer, come up with a fix for this because this tripod isn’t going to serve its purpose if it can only be used if you bring someone along to help you fold and unfold it. ... show more

  • Great Little Tripod
Size: 72 inch
This replaces a much more expensive competitor's version. It's solid and well built. Comes with an Arca Swiss plate, and what looks to be a very solid ball head. I bought it for the horizontal arm capability. While this isn't the lightest tripod, this might become my convenient field unit. One suggestion to Neewer, a D-link on each end of the bag would be nice to be able to attach a shoulder strap. ... show more

  • Versatile Tri-Pod/Monopod
Size: 72 inch
NEEWER 72 inch Tripod is well constructed offering multiple connectors for camera’s mini-projector and Android / iOS phones.

  • Excellent
Size: 72 inch
This tripod is excellent for my needs. I need it to hold a projector and it does. I use it for cookie decorating and it works perfectly. The height adjustment is exactly what I need. Hold a very tiny projector or a very large camera It’s lightweight and very portable It locks and doesn’t move.

  • Excellent value and very high quality.
Size: 72 inch
Sturdy construction and excellent quality. I'm using as base for my Neewer 100cm Slider. The build quality is as good as many much higher prices items. Aluminum / steel tubes make this a bit heavier than CF components, but for me, that's just what I wanted. I ordered a second one just few minutes ago. Decent fluid ball head and convertible swing away neck. Very handy for product shots. ... show more
