I am so happy I got this message not only does it really get in the muscles it has different functions as well. It heats up and can you used for your back as well. It’s made of like a leather material and has some weight to it. It was well worth my money it has helped so much on pains and aches. I love it comes with a strap you can attach around you shoulders and neck or you can lay it out and use it for your back. I REALLY wanted to love this product for it’s 4D type depth like real hands. It has 2 modes, one of them is called “pinch”, but both pinch really hard. I wish they had an option for the motion to stop a little before it pinches because the motion is good otherwise.
