My mom wanted it. I was skeptical. It arrived and i used it first day. Yes, it a great massager. Besides your neck, you can use on your hip, leg pretty much other body parts. I woupld recommend it.

I have been using this for a few weeks now, and it really massages deep. If I am too tender that night, I simply don’t hold it as tight. I read other comments that it is too strong - just don’t hold it that tight, and it massages more topical. The battery lasts a long time, a really long time.

It's also pretty heavy and I could not lift it over my head but I laid it on the back of the chair and leaned into it so I worked that one out.
