This product is really great I've been having issues smelling lately due to polyps and my nose and sometimes I have to do nasal rinses to help it I've had the Neti Pot and is very subpar but this is amazing no water goes back into my throat and everything gets sucked out really well. My snoring was getting so bad my wife (a Dr) wanted me to do a sleep study to see if I need a c-pap machine. I decided to try using a Navage before going down that experience route and the first night I barley snored. I have been using it nightly since and now my wife says I'm not snoring at all.

Although this product may seem a bit scary at first it's actually very gentle on the nose. It cleared my sinuses better than ever before. Clean up is a breeze also with the provided cleaning tool.

    • Used it for a few days. Quit on Dr's Orders
I bought this for my wife's use since she was having sinus issues. Personally I had never had sinus issues but thought it would be easier to help her use it if I knew how to actually use the unit. I tried it for 4-5 days and although I struggled the first day or two I sort of got the hang of it and could use it without the water running down my throat. Then about day 6 I started getting a sinus headache which I not really sure I had ever had before. It started hurting with pressure behind my right eye with more pain in my cheek bone. During the day it wasn't too bad but at bedtime it hurt just bad enough to make sleep difficult. This went on another day and I decided to stop using the Navage. That was about a week ago and my sinus headache/pain has mostly left after days of Tylenol and finally buying some OTC nose sprays. During all of this time my nose was still fairly clear but it was painful to blow my nose. I spoke with my Dr and they recommend I immediately stop using the Navage. Long story short. I boxed it up and sent it back. Amazingly Amazon took it back. I am sure they will just trash it but once again Amazon stands behind their products. I realize that there are people that swear by this machine, including a sibling of mine who loves their system. But when it doesn't work it can be a painful experience. PS. They won't take the salt back even though I never opened the package so that is $30 down the drain. Good luck ... show more
