Im a yoga teacher and use these during Savasana. My students love the variety. I used to use a lavender oil on my hands that I would wave above their noses but my skin is sensitive and disliked the oil. This is mess free!

I dunno what it is about these but they just put me in a good mood. In my opinion it’s definitely effective and soothing. I love more of the mint type and my bf likes the sweet ones. Definitely a great addition if you are at a festival.

I ordered these kind of out of curiosity. Why not pretty inexpensive and winter’s coming. Got to be better than the other stuff you get at the drugstore. Turns out these really rock. Really like the Dream, frost, breathe, Peace, blaze, and energy. Absolutely recommend

They changed the best one!

I bought these a while ago on a whim. I would up with only a few after my family took the ones they wanted. My favorite was Blaze. It was amazing! WAS...I looked to buy the same variety kit so I could see what the other sticks were like but I noticed the Blaze packaging was different and compared the
new label to my old one and saw they took out the black pepper. I hoped it wouldn't be a big difference but it IS! It was exactly what put the pep in my step. I'm disappointed. The rest were ok...but Blaze...man Imma miss it. Other to note, none of the sticks were properly twisted shut in the box. It appeared to be new but maybe some quality control issues. Alas unless they change Blaze back I'm not going to purchase anymore.

The smell of each flavor is strong but doesn't open your sinuses. I'd you're just looking for some good scents to smell, they do smell good. I've got sinus trouble an thought these would help.
