There is barely any scent to any of these inhalers. My 4 month old Olba's inhaler is stronger than these inhalers. The inhalers were partially opened/unsealed. This was my 2nd order from Moxe. Got this on a whim. Got three inhalers. Not too bad for the price. They are pretty easy to use. Simply twist to open. Put it into your nasal cavity (just a little bit) and take a few sniffs. You immediately get a good whiff of cinnamon. I haven't really felt any differently after taking a few sniffs a few times. I do like the Cinnamon smell you get right away. I guess it's a little calming. I did sneeze a few times at first but I'm pretty sure that's because I'm not used to shoving something up my nose. ... show more
