PLEASE BUY THIS!!!! I wrote such a long detailed review and when I went to take a picture of my dog my review disappeared ,too much to rewrite! I have a very hyper,agile,alert,smart,barking dog. I honestly can’t tell you in almost 8 years when he sleeps!!!! I’m old(45),his mom is old(almost 20) and we need some safe peace around here 🤣🤣😂😂!! I’ve spent so much money looking for something that would have this effect on him. This is the only thing that has worked,yes it works people 👌🏾!! I tossed two on his bed after they had breakfast. He sniffed them for about 15 minutes which made me nervous,they don’t smell the best! He ate them!! I’ve never been able to get anything done without having to fuss at him to stay out the way or stop bothering stuff and stop barking,he barks at us….the only family he has ever known! If I drop my phone in front of him he’ll bark at me! His job is to watch me,he employed himself this position 😂! Whenever I get up in the middle of the night,whenever I take a peep over my bed he is looking back! 🤷🏽♀️ he’s the only fur baby I’ve had with this behavior,but we love him!! Two hours later he is crashed out on his bed with all fours up,that’s how he’s comfortable I guess. Always lay like this,just never closes his eyes 😂! I’m able to do some house chores on my day off without him being my shadow. I am so happy! The whole house is happy! He’s very smart so if he catches on to everytime I give him his “new treat” it makes him different I’ll coat them with some peanut butter! I have two husky floofs and where I live, let’s just say the idea of fireworks sounding like the battlefield on the 4th of July is alive and well… and literal. While is a blast to behold as a human who understands and loves it, my poor boys get so scared they cower in closets trying to find a safe space. It broke my heart last year, so I searched for anything I could do to help this year. I will say that this wasn’t the only thing I tried. I also ordered some natural lavender spray. I do think that these chews were the most helpful! My dogs were almost drugged like and calm. They ate them right up, so must taste good. They didn’t hide this year, but relaxed with us. Doesn't work well for my dog but works well for her brother and mama. My girls is over 80 lbs. First, she was a booger about eating it but after some coercing, she ate all 4. didn't make her tired and she still got car sick. might need to up her dose since her brother and mama did well with them and it helped them. ... show more

*Updated review* - I gave the container to a friend who used it on their dog and had good results with calming the dog for car rides . So it works for some. ——— I gave my 12lb dog 1/2 of a chew and 1 hour later she would not eat her breakfast and starting acting crazy. She was panting and running around insanely. It appears that this is not something she should receive any more of. Unfortunately now I am stuck with a container of 179 1/2 chews that I can’t use 😡 ... show more

My dog has neurological condition that causes her to have trouble panting efficiently. Sometimes she would become a little agitated because she also has an anxiety condition and it always seemed to happen at night. So no one was getting to sleep. The vet suggested trying Melatonin pills to help her settle down and sleep. The pills in the drug store all seemed to have undesirable ingredients for dogs. So I found these chews and they have been a life saver. She loves the taste and thinks it's just a fantastic new treat. For her size the recommended dosage is 4 chews. That is great if I want her to be asleep and snoring within 15 minutes . So I've experimented with 2 or 3 chews and that gives me alot of control over if she just needs to be a little more calm, or is she terrified and really needs a nap. I so wish I had found these years ago for all of the high anxiety times, like visiting the vet or riding in the car. ... show more

Our 2 Jack Russels get really upset during thunderstorms. The female sits and pants and shakes. The male gets crazy and jumping and wants you to hold him but is very anxious and upset. Today I didn't realize a storm was coming until they started acting crazy. So i quicky gave them each one treat. in 5 minutes they are literally back to normal.
