I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat. I think this vitamin is pretty comprehensive and a good price compared to other "natural" options. Make sure to take with food for proper absorption and to avoid nausea. This does have too many B vitamins - it will make your pee bright yellow, which isn't much of a concern to me but may be if you have any kidney issues. I've noticed differences in my hair and nails when I take it regularly, with faster hair growth and stronger nails. ... show more

This product was completely sufficient for me. I didn’t notice any difference once I started taking it or a difference once I stopped. I have been using these for many years. I swear by them. These vitamins have a great mix and also include digestive enzymes. They are easy to swallow and effective immune support. I can tell a difference in my energy levels when I stop taking them. Highly recommend these vitamins.
