I also purchased these because I wanted natural energy without resorting to coffee or caffeine. I tried super greens, which are good but they tend to taste awful and sometimes upset my stomach. These power beets taste surprisingly great and gives me energy right when I need it which is right after lunch. I also like how the little scooper is small enough to pour the power in a 16 oz water bottle. I will definitely be adding this to my subscribe and save each month. This one tastes more like Cherry. Needs to stir firmly so that it dissolves completely. I do mine in cold water. I take it prior to working out. I exercise 3 times a week. And that is the only time that I take it. It will take at least 30 minutes to take effect in boosting your nitric oxide content. It's a boost of energy when it kicks in. The icing on the cake: it helped dropped my blood pressure to normal levels. (after starting consumption 30 days earlier). I thought that the machine was broken with a false reading at the Medical center. Nope: 4 pressure tests in 2 visits within a week with different equipment. I bought this in April 27 and I'm only now running low on it which means I got at least 60 servings as advertised. The reason I said "at least" is because I sometimes take 1 1/2 scoops instead of just one as a pre-workout booster. Ever since the heat and humidity in the afternoon started topping 100° F, I switched to doing my workouts in the early morning. There's just one problem: I'm not exactly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the morning. Power Beets solved that problem after I tried taking an extra 1/2 scoop in 6 oz. of almond milk. I normally put one scoop into my post-workout shake which I use a blender to prepare along with fresh fruit, nuts, protein powder and other supplements. I have a hand-held bottle with a diffuser inside that helps to break up the little clumps of powder that form when trying to mix this by hand with cold liquids. It's not a big deal having to deal with them given the benefits that Power Beets provides. I may try blending this with yogurt instead which I think will mix better than almond milk. There are three things I noticed after taking 1 1/2 scoops in the morning before my workout: #1. I'm able to double my time on the machines like the treadmill, elliptical stepper and the seated bike without feeling the least bit tired. #2. I've noticed the beneficial effects that this product has had on my body's nitric oxide production. #3. My urine had a nice shade of orange for the next two trips to the men's room. The flavor tastes perfectly fine to me. It's just sweet enough without tasting like a typical sugary soda would taste. When it's mixed together with all the other things I put in my blender, it enhances the taste of everything else. I was skeptical of products like these because of all the hype and placebo aspect. I leave for work at 4:30 AM and return at 5PM then I have much to do around the property. I was tired all the time and lacking energy. My wife asked me to try it, reluctantly I did, not really expecting anything. A few weeks later she asked what I thought, I said eh, don't really feel any different. She said she noticed a huge difference, I wasn't sluggish at night, wasore talkative, not falling asleep in my chair, and I realized she was right. I was more energized, I slept better at night, was more awake all day. I have a few other co-workers drinking it now and they say the same thing. No complaints so far it’s my first drink in the morning instead of coffee so I’m still working on it it has its on measuring cup so I scoop a cup in my 16oz bottle water and it’s seem to be ok not bitter has a pleasant taste

Really like the flavor of this product. It’s great in hot water, and awesome in smoothies, with berries added. It does take a bit of time mixing in hot water, but it’s so worth it. It has also helped lower my blood pressure.

    • The flavor is perfect and good for those of us who don't like veggies.

I use this in my protein shakes and don't need to add anything else. the flavor is over powering in a good way because the protein by itself has an after taste. I definitely feel a positive difference when I use regularly as suggested.
