Anyone reading this review understands the benefits of taking Nattokinase every day. I don't want to get into the controversy surrounding the different reasons why people use it but what I am willing to say is I feel this particular product helped me. I got a lot better after i began using it and I plan to begin using it regularly soon for the other reasons people have always used it. But let me tell you... I felt pretty messed up physically and all of the symptoms I was struggling with cleared up. Please don't ask me what I used it for because I won't respond because I don't need the drama. I used to use Nature Bell Nattokinase but thought I'd try this one instead. The Natural Bell brand advertised 8000 FU's but you had to take 3 capsules. This has 5000 FU's with just one, which I think is more on par for what I need.

There is a very recent 2025 You Tube video by Danny Curtin reporting on a 3rd party independent analysis of product content for 11 different Natto products. Enzyme activity was determined using the JBSL Method. The Wellness Rx sample tested scored a mere105 FU vs the label of 5000 FU. Distressing results, to say the least.
