I think it may be good for left-hand also. The strap can be tightened, and I notice even when my hands are sweating, the strap around may had does not loosen. I wanted to love this hand held bottle, but it has not held up. The handheld portion seems to be too loose, easily over stretched and slips down off the bottle. Love the idea of the clear pocket though, this edition just doesn't work for me.

I like the 20 ounce bottle, especially for hot Florida summer runs. However the bottle holder is way too big for my hands and it's impossible to adjust it tight enough to make it snug. And when I have it as tight as it will go, the bottle slips out and I wind up having to clutch the bottle.
