This is a great little pillow. I bought it to help support my neck. It was just the right size for that (13" x 19"). It is soft, yet supportive and doesn't compress excessively overnight. I like the dual memory foam cubes & high-loft microfiber fill (label says 80:20 ratio). The quilted outer covering, made with bamboo viscose, does stay cool to the touch. I purchased EXQ Home Toddler 14" x 20" pillow cases to go with this pillow and they fit perfectly. Arrived a little flat, but 15 minutes cycle in the dryer and all the foam puffed up perfectly. The cooling cover is very nice and I assume is anti microbial, and washable. Very comfortable pillows, highly recommend. The price is a super bargain in my opinion.

    • Pretty nice pillow

These pillows are pretty comfortable and have some decent adjustment with the bag of fill. I did toss ours in the dryer as recommended for a few minutes which does seem to get them to puff up a bit. Ours came with two bags of the extra fill, but there was no writing of any kind of the bags. The biggest disappointment was that the bags don’t have even a cheap zipper or even Velcro closure. So you have to cut them open and then there’s no real way to close the bag of loose fill. Annoying. Some of the fill pieces did have some harder sides to them so I’m not sure how these are manufactured. On the positive side we ended up using less than one of the fill bags, at least for now, to adjust the thickness of our pillows. I honestly can’t imagine anyone having to stuff an entire bag of the fill into one of these as I added maybe 1/3 of a bag and it’s pretty full. My wife only added a couple handfuls to hers just to get it a little more thick. So far we both like sleeping with them. I wish they were more of a cooling pillow but it maybe cuts down on heat a tad. It’s hard to really say. At least they don’t seem to get very warm so that’s a plus. For the price I’d buy them again, especially for a set of two, as long as they hold up well over time. ***UPDATE*** (11/11/23) So I figured I’d update my review after using these a while. We still like the pillows and haven’t had an issues with them falling apart or anything like that. I mostly wanted to touch on my previews comments about the included additional fillings. While we only used a little at first we have added fill over time. Twice in fact. Between the two pillows we have used one bag of the fill and a little of the second at this point. So it’s definitely nice to have it. I guess some of the fill in the pillows just gets naturally compressed with repeated use. They’re still very full but that’s how we like them. I don’t know if we’ll need to add anymore of the fill or not. It’s still annoying that the extra fill bags have no type of closure whatsoever so we have to keep them in a plastic shopping bag. To be clear the pillows haven’t pancaked or anything. They’re still very thick, but if you purchase them don’t toss the fill away as you may want it later even if they come perfect for you at the start. ... show more

    • High quality, worth the money
High quality materials. Comes filled with a ton of extra foam, and a drawstring case to store your extra in (you will have a LOT of extra). The foam has a great texture and quality to it. Very soft and fluffy. The case itself is of equally high quality. It has a very soft quilted stitch pattern, and it has that nice little poof to it. The memory foam shreds have been a much better experience for me than solid foam has, over all. The shreds retain their shape way better, and are easier to mold to your neck, resulting in superior support, all while feeling softer (or "poofier") than solid foam. I have had a solid foam pillow that was a dream, but I haven't been able to find one quite like that yet, and pillows like this aren't exactly cheap to try. So, on to the oddities: Let me preface this part by saying that I get chronic headaches, nerve pain, muscle tension. This makes me HIGHLY sensitive to anything that isn't just right. With the disclaimer out of the way: I have had this pillow for roughly four months, and I've spent a good deal of time unstuffing and restuffing the pillow, and sleeping on it at different levels. There have been times where I had a great sleep, and times where I woke up in pain. The great discovery I've made is that as of late, I personally need to use a different pillow case. The one it comes with is fantastic, and feels like it should be a dream to sleep on, however I could never quite find the "sweet spot" of stuffing with it. For some reason, it feels too hard and hurts my head when I have tried to take the stuffing out. Conversely, it felt slightly unruly and unsupportive when I added stuffing. This has personally worked out for me though, as I happened to have a spare case, and it works wonderfully with the stuffing. I have also been using the original case with light stuffing as a neck pillow for my recliner, and that has worked equally well for me. Ultimately, even though I've had to spend a considerable amount of time and effort to figure out how to make it work for me, I think this is a great product. I do not feel that my personal issues will be shared by many people, and it is only because of those that I didn't have a perfect experience. I think most people looking for a comfortable pillow will try this one and be blown away just how it is, and will likely find that "sweet spot" that was so elusive for me. Perhaps, with more experimentation, I might even find it. ... show more
