  • Well built
This is BBQ you want, heats evenly and is well-built, the light feature to show that it is on is a nice function. The unit comes very well packaged also. Also it is a fair price for a Natural Gas built-in BBQ

  • Plumbing Problems
Had to hire a plumber to install a special fitting for the tank, not a USA standard. Not to mention that the “installers” the delivery guys, hooked it up,told me everything is done, gave them $20 each (2guys),gave me the $20 back with a comment “sir, this is kids money,at least a $100” and I gave them the $100,invited family for bbq, guess what, tank leaked, thankfully,we could’ve been burned now. • Power cord damaged
Great grill. Really love it. It’s grills at high temps. Only draw back is cord for it came damaged. Reached out to Amazon but was told that they could only take the entire grill back to replace part.. Grill is already installed and would take more time to return it.. would rather eat the 70 dollars to pay for a new one. I would have given a rating of 10 if grill was not damaged.. it cooks! ... show more

  • Well built, great design
Ignites on the first turn of the dial every time. Lighted dials helpful to see if burners are on, look great as well. Nice heavy stainless steel construction, smooth solid lid with clear temperature gauge. Grill comes up to full temperature quickly which is great for pre heating in preparation for steaks. Overall quality is there especially for the price. Did have some missing parts upon delivery, BBQ Guys shipped asap no question asked. Very happy with this grill and company in all respects. • Great Gas Grill
I recently built an outdoor kitchen with three grills and included this Napoleon. This is my dream gas grill. The grates and heat deflectors are excellent. The blue and red lit knobs are pure grill porn. I have had a few nice grills. Is this one worth $1,400 vs a Weber at $500? Maybe. As I write this, I am cooking a tri-tip on the rotisserie. It is 13 degrees below zero and the wind is gusting to 50 mph. I have never owned a grill that would operate under these conditions. A Weber would never stay lit in high winds. Why is there no hood light? ... show more
