EDIT: Nanami replaced the unit I originally tested prior to reviewing this product. The concerns below about charge time and case compatibility were resolved with the second unit. I fully expect unit defects to occur with any manufacturer, so I've adjusted the review to reflect the new experience with a couple of other strategically placed edits, but I've also left the original information just in case anyone notices a trend with any such product line. I'll briefly break down the primary features of interest for this product: Design - Very sleek and simple. The matte color makes it easily fit in with most design schemes, so if you're looking for something that won't stand out (very much my preference), this is a great option. Cost - Great cost compared to many other such chargers. Nanami tends toward well-priced products, so I'd so consider a number of their related postings if you're looking for cell accessories. Charging Power - Relatively slow, but it gets there. I charge it at my desk while I work, and it takes about two hours from 50%. Not bad considering how long I tend to be at the desk. I can normally charge it up enough midday to have no trouble through the afternoon. EDIT: My phone charged well within normal range on the second unit. Compatibility - I got this phone for a Galaxy S7. First of all, it works for this model. However, the product page (at least at the time of my purchase) only notes that the charger does not work for cases that are metal or over 3mm in thickness. It failed to work on a 2.73mm thick, plastic case. The same phone can be charged in-case on my wife's wireless charger. Not ideal to have to take the phone out to charge it, but luckily I use a single-piece case, so it's not the biggest hassle. EDIT: Had no case compatibility issues with the second unit. I will briefly note that you might have to press your phone into the charger's back a bit, as it can be just a little finicky. I, however, don't really mind that. ... show more

I love that i can use my phone while its charging and the angle is useful for seeing notifications. It charges at a normal pace. It does not charge fast though. Its good quality for the price.

First of all, Nanami has a 1 year warranty. Next, they don't include a wall AC adapter so users are using their old adapters which vary from .5 amp to 2 amp. You should use a 2 amp charger. Also, the cord I received was a standard USB connector. It is not removable. After changing to a reliable 1 amp AC adapter my wireless charger started working again, so I have changed to 5 stars. Amazons 30 day return window has burned me again. This iphone charger worked for a few weeks and I was too busy to investigate when my wife's phone went dead and she had to use the old charging cord again. By the time I determined it was the actual charger unit that was not working, it was past the 30 day return window. I don't see any manufacturer warranty in the listing. Up until yesterday, this charging device was terrific. It was quick and easy to use. Now it refuses to charge the Android phone (Samsung Galaxy 9 model). It begins to charge but stops the charging process within 2 minutes or less. I have other brand wireless caddy products throughout the house and they are still working just fine. If you only want to have a charger for 2 years, this is fine. Otherwise, if you are looking to have something more enduring, look for another manufacturer/model. I've purchased (4) of these over the last few years and love this charger. They must have changed what is in the box because earlier versions came with a block. The one I just received did not come with a block which requires an extra trip to the store to be able to use the charger. (Annoying).
