I ordered two sizes of this recovery suit for our 95lb weim. (Grey XXXL, Pink XXL). The grey suit was WAY to big with a lot of extra fabric under her that I worried she would pee on it, I was hopeful the size down would be perfect but now it’s really snug. The XXL fits our dog but I worry about how tight it is on her wound so will likely be returning. Love that this is mostly made of cotton, if sizing had worked out I think this would’ve been a 5 star for us. ... show more

This is a very soft and well made recovery suit, and sized well for our dog. The measurements seem accurate. I was surprised, however, that there was no open space for our male dog's "manhood" and realized that I needed to cut a hole myself for his boy parts. In theory, I thought this would be easier because of the zipper, but that theory doesn’t hold true, mostly because of the size issue. Look at the pictures in the product description on how to put the recovery suit on. Even if I’d bought the correct size, the fabric is tight and not very stretchy. I think this style is probably better in a smaller dog. I was not a fan of having to cut the hole in the middle, and would rather it come that way. Nice body sock - my son used it with his coon hound that had knee surgery. Did a nice job of making it harder for the dog to lick and chew the incision area. Runs a little small, so order a size-up would be my recommendation. Pro Tip: Put the leg with the would on it in the body sock first, then the opposite leg (e.g. Injury on left rear (1st), the right rear, then front legs.) ... show more

I ordered this for one of our dogs who has some healing wounds so he wouldn't have to wear a cone all the time. I ordered the 3XL because the sizing was a little small on the 2XL. Strangely, the sizing ended up being HUGE, suggesting I could have ordered the XL and been fine. I assume I must have mismeasured, but I do encourage you to measure carefully when deciding on the size, because this was large enough that he was able to liberate himself from it during the night. I suspect their sizing is pretty close to their chart, and I must have just really mucked up measuring him. The suit is easy to put on, and the material is nice. The zipper doesn't lock, so it does move around a bit if the material is tugged on too much, so keep an eye on that. I would recommend this, just know you need to be really careful deciding on the appropriate size. ... show more
