I wanted to do gel stamp, although many reviews said it did not work, but as I am new to this I followed instructions. The picture can not reflect All the golden reflections of the stamp but it is so beautiful. Everybody liked it. I am mesmerized, can not wait to my next set!

2nd time purchasing this product so I'm standing by this glowing 5 star review. At first, coming from air dry stamping polish, I dealt with running and smearing and sliding. I learned about how gel polish truly works: It needs a solid cure after you transfer a stamp--before you apply any topcoat, even Maniology's smudge-free topcoat will smudge because it's gel--not air-dry polish. A little tip I learned: when you clean your stamping plate on a repeat stamp, dab a paper towel to absorb any liquid on the plate because the gel likes a bone-dry surface on both plate and nail, it will slide/gap if there's wetness. The glowing review I'm giving and why I repeat buy this product is because the outlines of my stamps are bolder and have a more solid and have a more raised border than air dry stamping polish. Also, the gel has a pleasant shine on the resulting stamp. It ends up making stamps look less "stamped" and more professionally hand painted. Keep this caveat in mind: Cure it fully. Keep plate and nail clean and dry for transfer. (Tacky gel residue on the nail doesn't count towards the wetness I mentioned. Tacky gel residue is great--leave it there, this stamping polish hugs that stuff, if that makes sense.) ... show more

    • Smears easily, doesn't flash cure.
Color: 12 COLORS
The product smears on stamper and nails when applied. Does not flash cure well for multi-step stamping. Positive: Remains tacky for applying chrome powder, just cure for at least 30 seconds so it doesn't smear. Much easier to use regular lacquer for stamping.

I love how thick and rich the colors are. very easy to use. yes the tubs are very small, but I am using them for stamping. the hardest part was deciding which stamp to use. I am still learning how to stamp correctly but at least even the mess ups and easy to redo. I can not wait to change colors again. ... show more

These stamping gels do not work, unfortunately. I was really excited and hopeful to stamp with gels. I tried multiple stampers and different colors (including ‘Lucifer Yellow’) (maybe a little qc on names would be a good idea??) and was not able to clearly pick up an image. The one perfect image picked up was using stamping polish (in pink, for comparison). Very disappointed and will be returning. ... show more

I really like these and find them thicker and therefore easier to use with plates. Learned the hard way A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY which is great because the products will last longer than I was anticipating.
