Cannot believe how well packaged this set was! When the crate arrived, I was expecting something to be wrong, given its size and weight! Everything was perfect. I did a lot of research online before tackling the setup. One thing that confused me was that the color layout of the bottles did not match the mapping on the sticker inside, but the hoses were run correctly. I had some issues with the part about bleeding the ink to the waste bottle, but using the WhatsApp proved helpful. The technicians were quick in responding and got me where I needed to be. Don’t ever buy anything anything that has to do with electronic from China is the worst customer service ever not the people but the problem is that when it’s daytime hearing United States it’s nighttime over there and when it’s nighttime over the daytime over here so you can never get the help that you need and when you do their stop texting you and you cannot call them only text and bye WhatsApp I don’t recommend I’m sorry since I have this Printer only five months I had to replace the heads which it didn’t help I still cannot print I’ve been since 9 o’clock in the morning to 2 o’clock in the morning and it’s still can’t print white that worth it don’t do it don’t waste your money ... show more

This unit has been working great even after not printing for a week it had no problems. It would be nice to have a service and maintenance manual as I found that it needs deep cleaning every day.

I bought this for my high school life skills (kids with disabilities) class. They work hard to earn money to purchase items that help them learn new skills they could use later on in life. This worked for less than a month. I have been working with the costumer service department since we got hooked up and we feel like we just keep getting the run around. It worked great at fist and the prints are beautiful when you can get it to print. It came with a dent in the lid and a missing oven handle. They replaced both very quickly and gave us extra film as compensation which we thought was great, but now less then a month and it makes a terrible noise and nothing they say to do works. I would love to get a full refund or at least a replacement that will work!!! I’m very sad because I feel like my students are the ones that lose out on being able to use this to make products for their yearly fundraiser (which is what is was meant for)! Update!! If I could give it negative stars I would. The company has had me send videos and pictures to try and solve the problems. I do everything they say send the pictures and the videos. Then because I’m frustrated they tell me complaining doesn’t help!! Like I said when it prints right it’s beautiful, but we waste more ink and film trying to get it to work every day! Update:: this printer has worked at all since September. Tried there costumer service department and they have ghosted me!! Less than a year old and they won’t replace it, or send a new motherboard for it! Now my students are out all their money and no way to replace with a different printer. I think it’s a shame and hope that they feel ashamed of themselves for this. My special needs students deserve better!!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just purchased my 2nd printer for my business the color is the bomb compared to other printer I have learned alot and printed a lot...I must say so to purchase another identical printer And if I do run into any problems I just send a message thru the whatsapp....

This dtf printer is a really good printer, and daisy the technician was awesome, she helped me with the problems I was having and even checked up on me after to make sure I was doing good and didn’t have any more problems. She is the best technician. Would definitely recommend her if you have problems. Update: my printer is not working now and I been on the phone with the technician, switched out the motherboard and printer head, now I have to switch out a adapter board, waiting to see if they will send it to me now, so I can switch it out. ... show more
