I purchased the chair 1 months ago on Mother day and use it regularly. It is easy to navigate with the LCD touchscreen. Various massage setting that you can manually adjust as needed are excellent. Bluetooth connects simply and quickly. Setup is easy. Also, I like nice design, the massage rollers are strong. This chair have 12 automatic programs. Hardest part was getting it in the house from The garage. It’s heavy, has rollers on the back but the controls will take me a year. Glad it came with a booklet explaining the various modes and functions. It is so comfortable and the color looks well with our furniture. Be sure to press button at back foot to turn on plus power on the control pad. The auto function mode is easy to use upon powering on. My husband needs a wider top for his shoulders but it fits me perfectly lol. Great to use after a long day’s work or to relax at bedtime. ... show more

This chair is awesome! I have of course sat in the higher end chairs as a trial several times, but they're about 12k! You really can't beat this one for the price. It really helps relieve a lot of pain that is in my lower back due to my severe stenosis. I love that the pressure from the air bags are adjustable because i like them to really squeeze me, also there a lot of air bags, more than other chairs. I love that this chair has calf rollers-others for this price do not. I love all the different modes, and the anti gravity is to die for! Overall it is a great chair. The only thing i would change, is the shoulder and neck rollers. I wish it got my neck and shoulders better. I feel like if i was taller (i am 5'6) it would reach them better. My husband purchased this for me for Christmas. I couldn't be anymore happier with this massage chair! It was the best gift ever! I use it daily to relieve me of any pain I may be feeling in my body. What a wonderful way of relieving stress too! The foot massage is the best and has helped relieve tingling/pins and needles sensations I get in my feet. I love all the different types of massages it offers, as well. I'm usually in this chair for 1/2 an hour a day either after working all day or right before going to sleep. I purchased this massage chair about 7 months ago but I have waited to leave a review until I used it extensively. I typically use it a few times a day. Overall this is a good chair for the price. You will not find a better chair at this same price. It is very comfortable and it gives a good massage. The user interface is pretty simple and easy to understand. That being said there are definitely some negatives to it which I believe would be helpful to anyone looking to buy it: - The actual massage strength is not very strong. Even at the strongest settings it is medium compared to some chairs. I wish it were a stronger massage. - One of the selling points to me was the CALF massage, however this is deceiving as it is non-existent. Due to the design, unless your calves are absolutely massive then your calves will not even touch the part of that is supposed to massage them. This was very disappointing. - The Automatic Modes are the best part of the chair which have different modes to choose from, but for some inexplicable reason you cannot adjust the massage strengths/speed/etc when using any of the Automatic modes! The ONLY way to adjust the massage strength/speed/intensity is if you use the "Manual" massage mode. This seems very odd to design it this way. - This massage chair does not have the ability to get anywhere near my neck or shoulders. I am only 6 foot 1 inch, but this is designed for shorter people because the highest that the rollers go is to the middle-top of my back. Definitely a bummer there. - As others have mentioned, this chair randomly TALKS to you 24/7. There is no way to stop it from doing this except to unplug it which is extremely inconvenient. There is no need for the stupid voice controls but there is no way to turn it off which means the chair is ALWAYS listening and it will randomly respond when it incorrectly hears something that sounds like one of the commands. Very annoying. That's about it. Again to sum up, I don't regret buying this chair but I definitely am not super happy about it either due to these problems. If the problems are not a problem to you then you will probably like this chair. ... show more

my life has changed since getting the chair as it has helped with my mobility recovery when traveling. I feel having options for different settings is awesome and necessary. I do not like time limits of 15 or 30 minutes only as i usually have to reset it for additional time. i think manual settings are nice too when just need specific area done. ... show more
