I purchased the chair 1 months ago on Mother day and use it regularly. It is easy to navigate with the LCD touchscreen. Various massage setting that you can manually adjust as needed are excellent. Bluetooth connects simply and quickly. Setup is easy. Also, I like nice design, the massage rollers are strong. This chair have 12 automatic programs. Thai and Rest/Sleep are special.The feet and legs pressure is good. Good material. The shipping was very fast, delivered in a little longer than one week. Hardest part was getting it in the house from The garage. It’s heavy, has rollers on the back but the controls will take me a year. Glad it came with a booklet explaining the various modes and functions. It is so comfortable and the color looks well with our furniture. Be sure to press button at back foot to turn on plus power on the control pad. The auto function mode is easy to use upon powering on. My husband needs a wider top for his shoulders but it fits me perfectly lol. Great to use after a long day’s work or to relax at bedtime. ... show more

This chair is awesome! I have of course sat in the higher end chairs as a trial several times, but they're about 12k! You really can't beat this one for the price. It really helps relieve a lot of pain that is in my lower back due to my severe stenosis. I love that the pressure from the air bags are adjustable because i like them to really squeeze me, also there a lot of air bags, more than other chairs. I love that this chair has calf rollers-others for this price do not. I love all the different modes, and the anti gravity is to die for! Overall it is a great chair. The only thing i would change, is the shoulder and neck rollers. I wish it got my neck and shoulders better. I feel like if i was taller (i am 5'6) it would reach them better. I am used to moving furniture with a dolly, etcetera. It arrived very securely packed. I tried at first to get it through the sliding glass door without unpacking the chair. Snagging plastic wrap, rubbing bulging cardboard, even on a dolly wielded by fully capable and experienced person it was a no go. The documentation states you need a 31in wide door, had that but nah. You will have to unpack this beautiful machine on the porch or in a garage. Also use caution you should not pick it up by the protruding leg portion and you will still need a sturdy dolly. Note it has rollers so you can lean it backward and roll it on the floor. It won't be rolling over thresholds without a two-man lift though. Test the clearance; an 8ft by 8ft room is going to be crowded... IT IS WORTH IT! Second greatest purchase I have made in my life! I think three of six family members and one friend ran it for about 6 hours on the first day. 245lbs 5'10" Dad bod to tiny Grandma this thing works. It single-handedly reformed my Communo-anarchist son he is now fully onboard with boogie materialism... I jest. As a field service person I am used to awful software; this is just regular software. This device, like many, seems underserved by the interface though. The software seems adequate to introduce the full features and protect the machine from misuse. Once you have some experience you will maybe use the voice interface? You will wish for simpler and more concise single-screen manual mode or some method of customizing your own programmed massage though. Summary: If you wonder if it is worth it.. it is. It is durable. It is effective. It is strong. It is well packed. Note Well : Read the instructions! Get the best help moving and installing! Start with a gentle auto massage! Gentle is key cause this thing can and will go Swedish Mrs. Trunchbull on you and make you feel very vulnerable. You be honest I was skeptical about the quality of massage as there has been wide range of products in this category from $1000 to $5000. We selected this one based on the reviews submitted by the customers. This chair delivers exactly the same as expected. The chair makes significant noise that is unbearable. It’s very loud and makes cracking and grinding sound. The product description says capacity is 330 pounds. However, when I started following your troubleshooting on Amazon. The troubleshooting says chair’s maximum capacity is 220 pounds. This is not right. The chair is primitive in its functions. It hurts a lot when you try to use it. Also, this is too small and would not fit 6’3” as the seller says on Amazon. I would not recommend this chair. The quality seems very poor. I was looking forward to receiving it. The delivery worked hard to take it upstairs. Now it has to be returned. It is going to be nearly impossible to take down the narrow staircase. ... show more
