Here are some noted features, not specifically good or bad: - The cubbies do not have solid walls. Just the top and bottom of the cubbies are solid. The side walls are fabric. This affected our cat a bit because on his old cat tree he was able to just throw his body anywhere on the tree and climb up the sides like Spider-Man. With this tree, he has to go up using the intended ledges. He has already adjusted to this. -The material is not carpet. It's fabric. For us, this is a benefit. I do believe it will be far easier to remove fur. -The two top tier beds are very close together. It seemed very awkward for our cat to go in between them to get to a top level. So, per the photos, we removed the two poles holding up the shorter top tier. We put the smaller bed directly on the platform and screwed it in. We only have one cat, so they're is no fight for the top tier. - The focus of this cat tree seems to be height. If you have an athletic cat, definitely use the wall strap. -The round hammock is sturdy and good size.. Our cat is slightly under 11 lb and he has plenty of room in the hammock. (We bought a prior cat tree and the hammock was useless.) - The tree was easy to put together. The instructions made sense. There were no hardware issues. ... show more

The instructions were very straightforward when we assembled this cat tree. It took us about an hour to put together if I remember correctly. My cats love it- I have two. The big one (and I mean big) sleeps in the big platform on top, and my smaller one in the smaller platform lol! They don't play with the dangly balls, but your cats may like them. My cats race up this tree like it's Mt. Everest! It's VERY sturdy, but also comes with straps to anchor it to the wall if you're worried about it toppling over, or if you have adventurous toddlers. My cats are avid scratchers and have scratched straight through the rope and have put a hole in the post on the bottom left of the tree, but they do that with every tree. You could easily get new rope to cover the post if you have this experience before a hole appears, but eh, I'm lazy so I didn't. The bottom line is that this tree was very affordable for its size and so very well made. It's so sturdy, and my cats love it. My big cat is like 20lbs- and no, he's not fat, he just has a very large build. It's a fantastic size to support him, he fits in the cubbies well. This cat tree is great. It went together super easy, and it's very sturdy feeling. I wasn't sure if my cats would like the plush fabric because they're picky but they absolutely love it. My biggest cat is part Maine Coon and weighs around 20 lbs and it's holding up very sturdily under his weight.

I recently purchased the MWPO Cat Tree for my two beloved cats, and I couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service provided by the manufacturer. First and foremost, the cat tree itself is fantastic. It is well-designed, sturdy, and provides ample space for my cat to play, climb, and relax. The tree is built to withstand even the most enthusiastic antics from my girls. They love it! However, what truly sets MWPO apart is its exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, a few parts of the cat tree broke while building it. My bad. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded promptly and professionally. I really like the cat stand super big and spacious, I received it with the top two beds. Both cracked across the bottom, messaged, seller and Amazon. Seller was very nice to send me a whole entire new cat stand and told me to just keep the one I have after reviewing my photos and video.. great product. The media could not be loaded. We have two, one year old maine coon cats. Both are over 20 pounds and aren't even close to their mature height and weight. So we needed something large and sturdy that wasn't going to break the bank. Pros, its huge (much bigger than the average size cat tree). They love being up high and the hammock actually holds them nicely. Took about 45 minutes to put together. Clear instructions and packaged/labeled well. Cons, the holes that are cut out to allow them to go to different levels is a little snug. I'm concerned that when they start putting on more weight they may not be able to maneuver very easily. Also, the rope that is wrapped around the poles have exposed staples. My cats are not declawed so this worries me. We may end up buying more rope and rewrapping them. ... show more
