This is the fourth one I have purchased since 2020. I use it mainly to make smoothies for my wife who has Alzheimer’s disease. It is the Lamborghini of immersion blenders in my humble opinion. It’s so much higher quality of build that it’s far better than ANY of the others I have seen. I dropped mine this morning by sheer stupidity. I left it upright in the container because I had forgotten to add Craisens to the smoothie that I was making. So I I turned my back on it for about 15 seconds. Being top heavy it fell off the countertop to the hardwood floor. I almost cried when I realized that the packing around the metal shaft had come out and was destroyed beyond repair. It made a huge mess, again all completely my fault. The power head seems to not be damaged at all. I just ordered another one which by sheer coincidence was on sale for 40% off. Great speed and power on this handheld blender. Has been working fine in hot temperatures. Haven't tested ice yet, but nothing on the market around this price can really handle ice so I don't tempt fate by trying it haha! Works good with smoothies, blending soup, and chopping veggies. Frother & whisk attachments are a bonus. Would be great if there was some sort of blade/attachment cover for storage or maybe even a lid for the tall container. I wanted a frother, but saw This for just a little more money, and boy, was it worth it. Perfect size, saves getting out my mixer or clunky food processor. It is corded, so consistent performance. Indian household means a lot of cooking. We weren't sure if we really needed this but after getting it, I can't believe why we didn't get it before. Finely chopping veggies, mincing chicken, blending pav bhaji, curry while cooking, making protein shakes, whisking heavy cream, frothing milk etc, has become so easy. The attachments are all useful and provided. We have bigger ninja chopper and dough maker. But we didn't use it so much for daily cooking as our quantity is small. This comes in handy.
