Bought this for our son for Christmas. Right away we had issues with the fans. Wires not navigated in a way to not hit fan so it was making all sorts of noises, so opened it up to correct that, then a different fan flew off, had to open it up to fix that, then one of the fans started making a terrible noise. Contacted Customer Service, sent video of issue, no help other than told to send it back and will send a new one once they receive product, etc. such a hassle. Returning the whole set. ... show more

The core I7 inside the model pc I got originally released in 2013, you didn’t read that wrong 11 years ago, BUT using the pc you would never know it! It’s blazing fast and handles every game my teenage son throws at it every time. I haven’t had a chance to research all of the internals to see if future hardware upgrades will be easy but I don’t foresee that being a problem, I doubt MTG locks down their motherboards to only allow the stock hardware like some other manufacturers do… The ONLY thing this pc did NOT deliver on was the webcam, it literally wasn’t delivered with/inside the 2 comically large boxes that were banded together that contained 4 smaller boxes (pc, monitor, keyboard/mouse, and headset boxes) but that is alright I didn’t plan on using it anyway. I will say the two boxes everything came in are way oversized for what was shipped, I’m 32 and 5’ 10” tall and can fit inside the boxes and close the flaps, I may just have to climb in and ship myself to MTG like a return 🤣 ... show more

The only irritation I have was with the shipment company that left it outside, at the very end of our driveway that is located on a busy road.
