So it was good at first till heavy tasks it started getting really hot, however i bought thermal paste for it and when i tried to remove the heatsink it was stuck on the cpu and gpu so even though the product is refurbished or renewed they didn't change the paste. After using heat to remove the heatsink and applied new paste for some reason the laptop doesn't turn on again. So that's that. It's a good buy just don't open it and get a cooling pad if it starts to get hot ... show more

This computer works amazing. Bought it to play Fallout New Vegas and do college work. Works amazing and I have zero issues. Plays New Vegas like it’s nothing. Would recommend buying from them.

The computer runs amazing. However, they did give me an aftermarket power cable that gets insanely hot/makes an annoying ticking noise when overheating and I am struggling to track down a power cable that is actually meant for this model.

Says refurbished meaning it was repaired and cleaned. Computer working fine so far but it was covered in eyelashes, hair, and looked like hair from private parts. Some oily fingerprints all over. It was not cleaned at all, I don’t know how’s it possible to shed that much hair onto the packaging and computer, I am shocked that they simply couldn’t clean it. ... show more
