The product, while unique in its design approach, is unusable. The product could not be hung from the inside of the toilet bowl as the arm does not extend enough to hang. Further, after taking the seal off, the diffuser assembly fell out and of course all of the contents that are meant to dispense over time practically came out. The media could not be loaded. Great for easy cleaning of your toilet. As long as you wipe out your toilet a little bit before you install it, each flush of the device helps keep your toilet super clean. I like the fragrance and I like that fact that it’s automatic.

Installed 2 in a couple of tanks 3 weeks ago, I'm using them in conjunction w/Clorox clinging gel once every few weeks and don't see that the Happy Tank does anything but die the water blue. The tank and bowl still get dirty below the waterline, where at least the gel helps under the rim and sides of the bowl for a few days. I'm switching to Clorox tabs. ... show more
