I bought it to put on top of my indoor plant pots. That prevents fungus gnats. It works very well. I am ok with the stone size, but the quantity is small. You would need like 10 bags to get all plants covered in my apartment.

I’m using these in pots ranging in size from 4-8 inches. I personally find these pebbles a bit too big for smaller plants. And for my larger pots I want something bigger. But I’d say these are the perfect size for most houseplant pots. There’s a very slight sheen to them but they do not scream “I really belong in an aquarium.” Not that there’s anything wrong with that but it wasn’t the look I was going for when I purchased them. As you can see from the picture, they range in size and color. They’re most definitely not white but rather shades of beige and off white/pale gray. I purchased just one bag this time around but I’m grabbing another because they’re quite versatile and I’ll use them in various ways. ... show more
