I've been drinking this daily for just over 2 months and I'm seeing a positive difference in my hair, skin and nails. My hair is growing in and looks thicker and my nails are not as frail or thin (they typically break very easily). I really like that it's easy on the stomach unlike vitamin pills that are a struggle for me. I tried Raspberry first and the flavor was terrible, but I powered through it and drank the bottle. I got strawberry the second time and the flavor is so much more pleasant. It tastes like strawberry Flavored products and it is very palatable for me, unlike the Raspberry that was difficult to swallow. The first bottle I got tasted incredible! ( I would have given that bottle 5 stars for sure). The second bottle, the taste completely changed. It’s like it got really thick, and Not nearly as good. I am not sure if I’ll get it again.
