So this year I decided that instead of keeping the whole house at 66-68°F, to save costs I'd drop it to 64° and use a space heater in whatever room I'd be spending time. So I walked around my local Menard's and what I saw was either too expensive for my budget or just straight up junk. So I gave Amazon a browse and came across this Morento and decided to give it a go. For $40 it seemed like the right price:feature ratio. Boy was I spot on! First off, the construction is excellent. Thoughtfully designed and constructed with solid materials. The design itself is modern and simple, which for my aesthetics I appreciate. But the star of the show is how well it works. This little unit CRANKS out the heat. I can get a "normal" sized room from 64° to 70° in just a few minutes, and it manages the temp over time perfectly. The remote is a bonus when it's across the room, so no need to get up and change things, all functions are on the remote. It also swivels, if desired. For safety, there's a small circular foot on the bottom, highlighted in red in my photo, which is an auto-shutoff in case doggo gets too playful and knocks it over. I will be buying several of these to give as gifts this year. The price is right, it's pleasant and unobtrusive to look at, and works like a beast, easily pulling twice its weight for its size. The media could not be loaded. I got this heater because not only is it a heater but also a fan. I use it in my office. Our local weather changes often and some days I need a fan and some I really need a heater. This machine is excellent. I love that I can set the temperature and the heater will automatically keep things comfortable in a power friendly eco mode. The heater is quiet and made with several safety features. When you turn it off the heater will countdown 30 seconds. During the countdown it is blowing the rest of the heated air out. The heater is cool to the touch while operating and also will turn itself off if knocked over. It automatically shuts off if left on for 24 hours of use. I love the oscillation! You don’t have to use it if you don’t want to but it has the feature which for me is a plus. The heater also has a remote control. I can put the heater in the corner of my office and use the oscillation mode and stay comfortable while I work. I like that I don’t have to get up from a project to adjust the settings. I can use the remote and continue my work. I also enjoy the LED display that tells what the temperature is or what mode it is in. Very easy to see but not so bright that it’s uncomfortable to the eye. This heater is a great value for the money spent! Lightweight and easy to move from room to room. The Morento Space heater comes with a remote control that allows you maximum control of the unit. You can power on, adjust temperature, set a timer, switch to oscillation and more. The space heater has a memory function, 24 hr auto off, tip over protection and over heat protection. It comes with a user manual as well as a quick start guide. This little guy is small, but a powerfull portable heater. Unlike most heaters, this heater goes up to 95 degrees. I love that it comes with a remote, had a safety tip feature and is very durable. There is a timer in case you want to set the heater for a designated time frame. In case you happen to forget, the heater has an auto shut off in case it is left on for a continuous 24 hours. The heater works well, allowing 3 settings hi, low and Ecco, as well as a fan. I would definitely purchase another Morento space heater if I needed another one. ... show more

This little thing heats things up so far, it can heat up a room or a area. Wife uses it to keep her area warm while I stay cool. Very versatile little heater. Got all the safety features and does the job. Has the auto shut off, it pretty quite and fits any decor.
