Very flimsy small pieces of wood. Bad quality wood and hardware. No written instructions. Chicken wire was loose and was only stapled into the wood every 6 inches. Wood is split on a few pieces and is tongue and groove then glued together. Not worth what I paid. And the trays? How are these holes supposed to keep pee inside?! ... show more

Poor instructions, poor construction. Came with a crack, but it was on inside so decided to work around. Requires two adults. to put together, and an engineering degree would help. The instructions make no sense at times, and at times are outright impossible to follow in order. The pieces do not actually fit right. Trays don't sit flush. we got it together and it looked nice. But within a couple weeks the trays starting falling apart (this is low manufacturing quality, not places we assembled). It's just garbage. Do not buy. Sorry I wasted the money on it ... show more

I initially thought this product would be sturdy enough for my guinea pigs and appreciated its attractive design. However, it was quite expensive, and I ended up returning it. The box arrived in good condition, but once unpacked, I noticed holes in the wire, indicating it was made from cheap materials. Although assembly seemed straightforward, I decided to pack it up and return it instead. My guinea pigs would have been comfortable in it if it were made with better materials. This is awful and not well built what so ever. The wire breaks off easy. We have had it for 2 weeks and it is ruined! I wish I could send it back but it’s falling apart. I’m so upset with this product. DO NOT BUY!
