I am very happy with how cool this A/C keeps my room. I live in a house without central heating, air, and I have high ceilings. There are drafts I can't find either. The A/C overcomes these issues and cools my room wonderfully. It's a little noisy sometimes, but that is my only complaint.

Great Window Unit for the price. It cools amazingly and the installation kit it comes with has everything you need. The remote works like any other remote. The noise level is pretty good, I've got tinnitus so the sound of units really doesn't bother me in general. Despite that its not very loud. I haven't noticed a big difference in my electric bill while using it, so I'd assume it's not to demanding as far as power goes. Ac stopped working after couple months, keep in mind I clean the filter every two weeks, dont even stay home during the day, only use it at night. Dont buy it. Save money and buy a better one instead. REALLY noisy too!

I only needed a small unit for a bedroom. Love the remote and wifi app. Just installed it today. It's a little noisy (there's a high pitch rattle from the unit itself, not from the window) and the side pa els are pretty flimsy. Seems to cool well though.
