This chair took a while to ship (but during Covid months). The items arrived well packaged. The frame is extremely sturdy and all hardware was well packaged. The written instructions weren’t as easy to follow as the diagram. Needs two people to assemble to make sure the bolts are tight enough. The cushion is very soft and the whole ensemble is cozzzzy! This is a beautiful piece that fits well with my daughters room makeover. It will never be an outdoor piece, so I can’t say how it would tolerate the elements. All family members love sitting in it. While delivery took forever and the Chair was packaged so big it didn’t fit in my house until opened lol. I’m so happy with the end project. I use mine as my relaxation/reading corner everyone says they are relaxed as soon as they sit in it.

It is exactly as pictured and very ez to assemble (I did it by myself). A bit bulky and awkward to move so put it together where you will use it. I love "hiding" inside it while I read. I did buy a cover to protect the cushion & I'd recommend doing that.

I love my chair however, I can’t seem to find a replacement cushion and I’m afraid to put the cushion that came with it in the washing machine. I am moving and want to put my chair inside instead at my new place but it needs washing before I do that. That is my only issue with this chair, no option for replacing the cushion. Absolutely love this chair. It is sturdy and was easy to put together. Other than lifting the chair up to hang it, I was able to assemble it by myself. I love the look and it’s comfy too.
