I am glad I purchased this on a whim. I needed something to get around places because going to stores with mobility scooters you can never fully know if they are available or working till you get there. I am injured and this is a struggle for me to lift almost 48 pounds. I got a dog ramp to help assist me with getting it in my suv. It folds nicely and takes up most of my trunk space in my suv. I purchased a 2nd battery since it takes it a few hours to charge but this was for peace of mind. Cons: 3 wheels it can topple over on turns small inclines. I did this in a family member's driveway and into the yard testing it out(which is where I got my ramp from) Speed is faster then most in stores one so be careful with it. It's a bit heavy for an elder person or one with disability to pick up and even use a ramp. I struggled a bit once I got it up the ramp into the suv part. Pros: Knowing I always have the scooter with me since I can't walk long distances. Folds easy and runs nicely. well thought out when made and seat is comfortable. take it slow and you'll be fine. ... show more

Bought this for our theme park adventure of Disney, Sea World, and Busch Gardens. Pros: Battery lasted all day! Didn’t even get to half full after all day at theme parks! Loved having 2 baskets to hold all the stuff! Very easy to maneuver and is quite speedy! Lightweight enough for me to pick up and put in car. Cons: Seat is horribly uncomfortable! Its a bike seat, so if you are not comfortable riding a bike, this seat is not for you! Used a couple of towels to try and pad the seat. Brakes…. Used my feet mostly to stop. But also felt like I was more on a buke and so putting my feet sown was a very natural reaction for me. Brake handle had to be pulled all the way and still didnt slow down or stop the scooter very well. Need a slight running start to get up some hills. Overall…… loved having it, worked great for what I need it to. Pros definitely outweighed the cons. Glad i bought it and definitely glad I had it! ... show more

I received scooter instructions are written so small you can't read them with a magnifying glass looked for charger port but not where instructions say it is friend of mine found it as well as key that disabled equipment?? We have it full charge and its still not working we connected plug under seat and still nothing and no one calls you back no phone # to call customer service I wrote for customer assistance but so far no call ... show more

it's easy to folds, it's small, it's light. battery life is excellent. The only con is. There arent any rear tip over wheels. I use mine on flat level surfaces, so it works for me.

I recently purchased the 2025 edition of their scooter (4 wheels.) I was having difficulty assembling the scooter, so I contacted customer support for help. They quickly returned my email and provided me with a video which helped me finish assembly. When I first began to use the scooter, I had a few more questions. They answered me within 24 hours. Their number one goal when helping me was to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the scooter. I have absolutely no worries, if I would need them in the future. This has been an ideal scooter for our needs. Long use battery life, but we bought an extra battery so we have a back up. On a 5 day cruise we only had to change the battery out once. We didn't charge every night either. It is small enough to fit through the cruise ship cabin doors. It was also able to handle the streets of New Orleans without difficulty. I love that it is foldable so that it stores easily out of the way, but doesn't have to be disassembled to do so. No power, but flat services are ok. You should know that it is freewheeling ant the breaks are a joke. Luckaly I can walk for shorts periods. I have to push it when for even a slght incline. Dangerous for even a very slight Incline because the power will run out and the brakes won't hold.
