We LOVE the scooter, however, being a Sr woman buying for a hubby that is pretty much wheelchair bound, this was so well packaged the we could barely get the scooter out. It shipped in a cardboard box and had a welded frame around it. Photos of bottom and top of metal crate. This was truly a challenge, ( I just noticed the directions on the box when I took this picture) but the scooter is great, smooth, quiet and everything it promised to be. We’ve had this scooter long enough to ride it 4 times before it just stopped starting. Then, they sent the “Scooter Repair Guy” to fix it. After 2 weeks and waiting on parts, we were able to ride again only to have it stop again. This time the scooter guy replaced the transmission and the motor. It sat in the garage all this time waiting to be repaired. Three times after riding the it after he replaced the transmission and motor, it’s started leaking oil. I’ve contacted the company to tell them this is unacceptable and we’ve waited 3 months to have a scooter that works. I paid $2,000 for this as it’s my only means of getting around the city as I have no car. I will update my post once I hear from them on sending a good model and not another lemon. ... show more
