I am an recent amputee and the scooter is wonderful for walking my dog. I love the lightweight fram, very easy to fold down and place it into my SUV. I just sent an email to the company as to driving the scooter when it rains. My concern is the batteries are on the floorboard and will get wet. I love my scooter! It works perfectly for me. I have had it for a few months now and it is running great! Since it is so light weight, I can take it anywhere and it fits in any vehicle with no problem. I recently went to the Mall of America, and because of it's size, I had no trouble going anywhere I wanted. Fit into elevators easily! The turning radius on it is not great, it won't make a tight turn, but that's really the only "bad" thing I can say about it! I highly recommend! ... show more

I have used the scooter several times performance is excellent. I’m 75. The weight of the scooter is very helpful putting it in and out of my vehicle. The red light on the scooter is not working. I’m dealing with Austin at this point he is very helpful. I’m sure he will resolve my problem

I have had this product for a few weeks and I am totally impressed and satisfied. I am an 81 year old male, and I have a progressive muscle disease that makes walking, standing and rising from a seated position very challenging, and this device has made my life far easier in many ways. It is very comfortable for sitting, and the adjustable armrests allow me to mount and dismount easily. The seat height is perfect and I am very comfortable riding (I am about 5'11', 180 lbs.). Most importantly it folds and unfolds easily and fits well into the back of my Audi Q5 mid size SUV, with the armrests removed (a very simple process). It is extremely stable on different types of surfaces, like pavement, grass and gravel, and I can manage slopes without fear. In all this has been a terrific purchase that has improved my quality of life. This is a follow up to the prior review. While my experience with the scooter remains unchanged I am very disappointed by the absolute lack of customer service. I somehow managed to lose one of the attachment devices that connects the armrest to the body of the scooter and I have been trying to contact Aotedor to obtain a replacement. It’s been several days and they have not had the simple decency to respond to my emails, voice mail or website inquiry. That is totally unacceptable. At this point I’m sorry I didn’t purchase this from a better known company. For those of you who may be considering this scooter just keep in mind that as good as it is the so-called customer service is horrendous. This is a further update. Shortly after I posted the previous paragraph I was contacted and the issue was completely resolved, with an apology for their delay. With this matter dealt with I’m returning to a five star review as the scooter itself remains an outstanding device in every way. This is just a further update. I’ve now had the scooter for about 18 months and I continue to be impressed. It is probably the single best purchase I have made to deal with my health condition. It has become my primary method of mobility as my ability to walk any distance on my own has diminished. I highly recommend this device for those with disabilities. ... show more

Our Aotedor T550 scooter arrived in perfect condition. It has all the features we need for our upcoming cruise. What we especially like is how lightweight it is. My husband is 87 years young, and I am 80. Between the two of us we can hoist it into the trunk of the car. It so easy to fold and unfold. The media could not be loaded. Need to be careful when unpacking. I was bent over the stearing column when I found the Velcro’s strip holding it down and when I released the Velcro strip it smacked me in the nose. Other than that it was easy to assemble. Very nice ride. A little heavier than I thought. I thought I could put it in the hatch of my SUV but it’s too big for me to handle so am getting a rack to put on the hitch. ... show more

I’m a 77 year old woman with severe rheumatoid arthritis. This scooter gives me independence I haven’t had in many years. I just got back from 2 trips to visit family. No problems taking it on the airplane. I can lift it into and out of my car without any help. The guys who load it and unload it from airplane appreciate how light it is. Battery is long lasting and knowing there is a second battery ready to switch out if the first one runs out is great. With 4 wheels, it is not prone to tipping like three wheel scooters can be.
