I love this scooter!! It is light enough for me to lift into my car by myself. I also love that the batteries aren’t heavy. This scooter folds up easily and I can take it everywhere! The only negative issue (and it’s very minor) is that like all 4-wheeled scooters, the turning radius isn’t as tight as I would sometimes like it to be—however the four wheels give the stability that I wanted. Amazing company. The product is also excellent however, my dad accidentally broke the handle that moves the scooter and so we called and emailed the company, they responded immediately and told us our options. We opted to replacing the broken handle and they expedited the replacement. My father loves the scooter its light and can definitely fit the back story of his toyota camry. I have had this product for a few weeks and I am totally impressed and satisfied. I am an 81 year old male, and I have a progressive muscle disease that makes walking, standing and rising from a seated position very challenging, and this device has made my life far easier in many ways. It is very comfortable for sitting, and the adjustable armrests allow me to mount and dismount easily. The seat height is perfect and I am very comfortable riding (I am about 5'11', 180 lbs.). Most importantly it folds and unfolds easily and fits well into the back of my Audi Q5 mid size SUV, with the armrests removed (a very simple process). It is extremely stable on different types of surfaces, like pavement, grass and gravel, and I can manage slopes without fear. In all this has been a terrific purchase that has improved my quality of life. This is a follow up to the prior review. While my experience with the scooter remains unchanged I am very disappointed by the absolute lack of customer service. I somehow managed to lose one of the attachment devices that connects the armrest to the body of the scooter and I have been trying to contact Aotedor to obtain a replacement. It’s been several days and they have not had the simple decency to respond to my emails, voice mail or website inquiry. That is totally unacceptable. At this point I’m sorry I didn’t purchase this from a better known company. For those of you who may be considering this scooter just keep in mind that as good as it is the so-called customer service is horrendous. This is a further update. Shortly after I posted the previous paragraph I was contacted and the issue was completely resolved, with an apology for their delay. With this matter dealt with I’m returning to a five star review as the scooter itself remains an outstanding device in every way. This is just a further update. I’ve now had the scooter for about 18 months and I continue to be impressed. It is probably the single best purchase I have made to deal with my health condition. It has become my primary method of mobility as my ability to walk any distance on my own has diminished. I highly recommend this device for those with disabilities. ... show more

My husband has mobility issues and we bought this to give him some additional independence when we are out and about. He no longer has to hope and pray there is a store cart available, not to mention one that is charged up. It is lightweight and compact enough that we both can lift it into the back of our Outback without a problem (we are both elderly), and it fits nicely with room to spare for other purchases made when we go out. The only wish would be for a roomier basket that attaches to the front, it is pretty small. Very happy with the scooter for the price paid. ... show more

I like everything about this scooter..... it's stability, convenient features, comfortable seat, attractive, smooth riding. Batteries easy to charge & speed is easily adjustable . I have only ridden on smooth surfaces. One problem for me is that I thought it would be easier for me to lift into my car but it is heavier than I expected & I need assistance with that. A rough start on communication, but once it started again was good. I had loose arm rests which they worked to resolve and provide better parts. I also needed to understand how to tighten the steering column better and instruction was clear and successful. I was not able to ride outside until this week due to weather. I have been on 3 rides in neighborhood and have been pleased. We have a reasonably steep hill that the machine handles fine. I have not tried off cement yet. Battery life seems good. I won't use frequently and remove batteries to store in house. I hope air travel with batteries is good. Overall I highly recommend. ... show more
