It’s lightweight, so really easy to get in and out of the trunk of a car. Its two batteries deliver AT LEAST ten miles each, making the scooter suitable for extended use. Its two batteries had no trouble carrying a heavy load of groceries even though I already weigh 225. It rides smoothly and takes bumps in its stride. I had a problem at the beginning that turned out to be a bad charger cord. They are the ones who actually picked up on the problem when I inquired about buying a third battery. They were tremendously helpful and wasted no time sending a replacement. It’s the most comfortable scooter ride I’ve had and I’ve owned several. It’s worth every penny. I love this scooter!! It is light enough for me to lift into my car by myself. I also love that the batteries aren’t heavy. This scooter folds up easily and I can take it everywhere! The only negative issue (and it’s very minor) is that like all 4-wheeled scooters, the turning radius isn’t as tight as I would sometimes like it to be—however the four wheels give the stability that I wanted. Amazing company. The product is also excellent however, my dad accidentally broke the handle that moves the scooter and so we called and emailed the company, they responded immediately and told us our options. We opted to replacing the broken handle and they expedited the replacement. My father loves the scooter its light and can definitely fit the back story of his toyota camry. It has been amazing for him since he can now have the mobility to go places. Thank you so much to this amazing company. Highly recommended. Also it was easy to assemble. ... show more

I have POTS and going for walks or even just shopping in a store is no longer possible. It was recommended I use a mobility scooter. I did a lot of research and went back and forth on what features I would prefer. I really wanted something I can travel with but also use every day to run errands. I decided to purchase this Aotedor ultra lightweight folding electric powered scooter. It has all the features I was looking for including 2 batteries and according to the reviews it is easy to fold and lift into the back of a vehicle. I agree it is easy to fold up and unfold and I really liked the ease of adjusting the handle. It's a beautiful design and doesn't take up a lot of room. It's easy to wheel once folded and the weight is distributed to the front two wheels. It is very sturdy and drives smoothly and I didn't have any problems maneuvering it in a small store at the mall. Unfortunately I was only able to use it once because it is too heavy for me to lift into the back of the car. I hurt my wrist and shoulder lifting it in and out. I even took the batteries out first but unfortunately I think the weight is towards the front of the scooter and not the batteries. Even my able-bodied 18 year old struggled to get it out of the back of the car. I believe it weighs more than 38 lbs. I really love this scooter and can recommend it for anyone with good upper body strength. I have gone back and forth on whether I want to return it or not because I'm going on a cruise in April and I think this would be a perfect scooter to have on that trip. Unfortunately, I need something for every day use too that I can easily get in and out of the car to use for quick trips as well as longer ones. ... show more

I have had this product for a few weeks and I am totally impressed and satisfied. I am an 81 year old male, and I have a progressive muscle disease that makes walking, standing and rising from a seated position very challenging, and this device has made my life far easier in many ways. It is very comfortable for sitting, and the adjustable armrests allow me to mount and dismount easily. The seat height is perfect and I am very comfortable riding (I am about 5'11', 180 lbs.). Most importantly it folds and unfolds easily and fits well into the back of my Audi Q5 mid size SUV, with the armrests removed (a very simple process). It is extremely stable on different types of surfaces, like pavement, grass and gravel, and I can manage slopes without fear. In all this has been a terrific purchase that has improved my quality of life. This is a follow up to the prior review. While my experience with the scooter remains unchanged I am very disappointed by the absolute lack of customer service. I somehow managed to lose one of the attachment devices that connects the armrest to the body of the scooter and I have been trying to contact Aotedor to obtain a replacement. It’s been several days and they have not had the simple decency to respond to my emails, voice mail or website inquiry. That is totally unacceptable. At this point I’m sorry I didn’t purchase this from a better known company. For those of you who may be considering this scooter just keep in mind that as good as it is the so-called customer service is horrendous. This is a further update. Shortly after I posted the previous paragraph I was contacted and the issue was completely resolved, with an apology for their delay. With this matter dealt with I’m returning to a five star review as the scooter itself remains an outstanding device in every way. This is just a further update. I’ve now had the scooter for about 18 months and I continue to be impressed. It is probably the single best purchase I have made to deal with my health condition. It has become my primary method of mobility as my ability to walk any distance on my own has diminished. I highly recommend this device for those with disabilities. ... show more
