  • This cart was everything it appeared to be and then some.
Style: S3
I took it out of the box, unfolded. It and it was ready to go. It had every feature you could ask for in a mobility cart. Horn, headlights, Self regulating breaking when you went into a turn, etc. Unfortunately I had to return it because I am physically incapable of putting it in my car. I had an older mobility cart that did not fold, but could be disassembled. The seller was most helpful in Assisting me in returning it. They paid number of expenses Is associated with packing and shipping, something I could not do at all by myself. The seller was very honorable and I would highly recommend them to anybody shopping for equipment needed by the handicapped. ... show more

  • Great scooter if you don't have to fly
Style: S3
My wife loves the scooter and it works great. However, I reached out to the seller multiple times asking if this is rated to allow it to go on an airplane and they never responded. So customer service sucks. I finally was able to confirm through the airline I use that the battery is too big to be allowed on a plane. So she still don't have a scooter when we need to fly. ... show more

  • Big enough
Style: S1
My father needs help going shopping or to the doctor so I got this scooter for him. He likes it and now he has more and more places to go. I'm satisfied with the room of the scooter. My father is about 6'2" and the leg room is just fine. He likes to sit deep in the cushion and withstand his back to the back of the seat. The cushion is thick and comfortable. This scooter holds a charge very long. It seems that you can drive it for quite a few hours. And the wheels are really big. Our sidewalks are in bad condition and the scooter goes just fine. ... show more

  • Pregunta Urgente

  • comfortable and compact
Style: S3
I purchased this mobility scooter for my 80-year-old grandpa. We do like the folding feature so that we can take the scooter in his trunk. It is a bit too heavy for him to move it in and out himself though. The travel speed is good, much faster than other scooters he had used before. It's easy to control the scooter as well, and it runs smoothly on concrete floors, grass, over bumps, and uphill. He likes the big wheels which make it more comfortable. The ride is smooth and fun. :) The scooter holds its charger fairly well. Grandpa went out for a ride for 30 mins and only used 1 bar of battery. For the tires, the company told me that I only need to inflate it every 6 months so I haven't tried yet but it shouldn't be a problem. The big tires do help reduce the shock when driving on some bumpy pavements in Boston. Grandpa loves it! ... show more

  • It Has PNEUMATIC Tires! With AIR In Them
Style: S3
I hope I never have to return to those stone(plastic) tires again. This machine really scoots. I'm 77. I have used mobility equipment for 10+ years, and for my budget, this is a fine, well-designed, and fun machine to scoot around.

  • amazing maneuverability, perfect for father's needs
Style: S3
My father have difficulty standing on his feet longer than 10 minutes, with a slipped disc in his back. This scooter was exactly what we were looking for. It helps him to get around and he can now go places where he could with his walker. He can easily get the scooter folded with one hand. He takes it with him everywhere. The battery does hold the charge. Dad drove it out for hours every time, and charged it only once or twice a week. He now can enjoy the freedom of shopping and traveling that was hard for him before. I tried it on, and I have to say that the seat is really comfortable. I tested it by driving on roads of any condition. Stable, and not too loud nor jouncy, because of the big inflated tires, I think. The pros: 1. the speed is good. If you want to go fast you can reach 6 MPH and also it can be slow as 2 MPH which is friendly for beginners or aged people like my father; 2. Very comfortable. The inflated tires make all noise or shocks gone, way better than the solid tyres(some people may prefer solide tyres because there will be not need to inflate them but I will stand for the comfort); 3. The safety system(whatever they call it), does help: they do slow down when making turns and hold the speed when going down a slope; The cons: the voice prompt was noisy and dad thinks that made him look funny when he was in stores. We wish there was a way to lower the voice. The company sent us some stickers(I think any stickers would work) and now it's no longer a problem. Also, though I'm not the one who drives the scooter everyday, if going out without the basket in front of the scooter, I may need something to cover the slot in the front pole, otherwise it will look like I am driving a damaged scooter. Overall, the scooter is worth the price and is still the best scooter you can get on such a budget. ... show more
