The massage is super intense. May not be suitable if you cannot handle a lot of pressure. It is impossible to know whether or not you have the heat turned on because the buttons have no background light. (Or if there is one, it is impossible to see in the daylight). I like the timer function and the massage does the trick in most instances. I like the holes made to allow for arms to help control movement and stabilize. I didn’t believe him, I thought he was just being nice because I got it as a Christmas present for him. I finally tried it tonight, and 5/5 five stars with bonus points. I’ve never had anything massage so good. It’s better than going to the masseuse. It is light weight, portable, comes with a regular outlet plug and also an adapter for your car. At first this seemed like it worked great, but each time my wife uses it she feels worse afterward. I think it is probably too strong. I would have returned it, but Amazon's policy is a strict 30 days. I tried to return it on day 31. :-( Guess we shouldn't have given it so many opportunities to work. Lesson learned.
