My APC Back-UPS 1100 (Model BN1100M2) documentation only mentions replacement battery "APCRBC160" - with no power specs or dimensions. In my case, I had 2 x Kung Long brand, Model WP7-12 (28W) batteries. These batteries are very easy to remove/replace and a cost-effective solution when using MightyMax ML9-12 as direct replacements for ~$45 - compare this to APC's version @ ~$90. In addition, you get 2 x 9 Amp-hour rated batteries for longer back-up time, in the exact same size, instead of 2 x 7 Amp-hour batteries from Kung Long. I have used MightyMax batteries in 3 industrial (hot/cold, >12 outages/year) applications for several years and they are certainly reliable and up to the task. ... show more

Among all three UPS's in use now, I have one "aging" APC Backups XS 1300 that still seems to work pretty well, but also seems to 'eat' batteries a little faster than the others (CyberPower 1500VA), so until this old beastie actually 'dies' on me, at least I can AFFORD to replace the two 12V-9AH batteries that are required with 'identical' Mighty Max AGM batteries from Amazon. Our "local sources" here in Denver offer a different brand name with the same capacity (9AH), but in comparison the price is practically prohibitive since ONE of these 'brand name' 12 volt 9AH AGM SLA batteries that they sell costs almost exactly the cost of TWO Mighty Max batteries, but the Mighty Max fill the need fantastically well.... and I very much doubt they are any less capable than the expensive AGM batteries from 'the local source' ... show more
