    • This is the bomb!
I had a good size limb fall in my yard. (5”-8” thick- easily 15’ long ). Since I am single my neighbor came over and cut it into 5’-6’ sections. I really wanted the sections to be cut smaller to use in my fire pit so I ordered this mini chainsaw. It arrived quickly and although the directions are worthless it’s fairly easy to figure out how to use. The battery charged extremely quickly. Once the battery was popped in I was ready and easily cut the sections down into 2’ logs. It cut through the wood smoothly -was not heavy at all - and did not have any sort of kickback (I’ve used a large electric chain saw before). I’m 65 and if I can use this with ease that should speak volumes. With everything that came with it, how it operates and the price I think it’s a good deal. ... show more

    • Worked well... used it hard... but gave up after about 8 months.
Overall, a good saw. Cut well, had good battery life. Internal drive gears (probably nylon) gave up after 8 months. I just bought another one... figure most of the cheap saws are just a 'disposable' item, good for XX hours use and then wear out. Be aware... they very, very dangerous. Really have to watch what you are doing. ... show more

I used this saw for cutting small trees and bushes .. Worked great, cuts really fast! The blade starts to get dull kind of quick but still cuts.. Other than that.. Great mini saw!

    • Easy to use and safe!
I love this power saw. It easily cuts through the small branches I needed to trim off a tree. My husband was so worried that I would hurt myself, but the safety buttons prevent unintentional powering on. It is super lightweight.

    • Red Flag - Piece of Junk
This thing worked great for about 30 minutes and then just stopped working. I did everything - changed batteries, charged the batteries again, etc. It just wouldn't run. The owners manual (spelled Manua) said it has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. It also says "If anything goes wrong with the product during the warranty period, please contact us from the purchase history of Amazon." So I went to the purchase history - No link to the manufacturer. It did say that my "product support window" closed in March of 2022 - JUST SIX MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT IT! The owners manual doesn't mention the manufacturer or where it is made. ... show more

    • Great at first
Initially I loved it and it performed well. I loved having 2 battery packs and a second chain! I had to stop and let it cool down after 30 minutes or so, I was clearing branches from trees around our property but I didn't mind. I cut branches pretty easily and rounds up tp 5-6 inches by plunge cuts then from one side to another. I felt I was in charge of my property maintence and wasn't dependant on outside labor. When my chain became loose I had to figure out how to tighten on my own because of crappy no directions...ditto when I replaced the chain. Now after 100 hrs of non continuous use the motor seems sluggish when I cut. Would I buy it again? Probably because it cost 90.00 an hour to have a tree guy clear and chip the worst of the branches regardless of size, so, happily, I got my money's worth. I won't reccomend it if a person is trying to do more than light tree trimming or clearing nasty woody brambles like blackberry brush, which is what I did. Also I consider the waste of buying a product that has two batteries that will now need to be recycled or end up in a land fill. That is sad. ... show more
