Received the Miko foot massager yesterday and tried it out immediately. My feet hurt often as I struggle with plantar fasciitis. It was easy to set up and use. The first massage did exactly as promised. Two massage settings kneading and pressure. You can choose both at the same time or one or the other. I wish there were more options. I started at Level 1 as recommended. The massage can only be set in 15 minute increments. I wish it could be longer. The massage itself was very relaxing and targeted the areas of my foot that are most impacted by plantar fasciitis and soreness from long distance walking. After 2 iterations (30 minutes) my feet felt much better. I registered for the free 6 months of equipment care and received complimentary replacement foot liners. The massager is a good fit for me and could be even better with a few more options but all in all a great investment for my feet. Pros: you can change the settings if you like the compression vs the rollers and have one at a time. The compression feels really good and I can feel my toes cracking on levels 4-5 which feels awesome. The rollers only have one level but you can wiggle your toes and your feet feel really great at this level. I like that I can take out the liners to wash them. This is a sturdy product, not to heavy, and fits under the bed. It has a magnetic place holder for the remote as well. Mine came with 2 remotes. Cons: the heat is very low and you cannot just have heat alone turned on. It doesn't bother me but if you're looking for heat, I don't really think it has a temperature I can feel. The program settings are a bit too much for me. I can't handle program 1 because the air compression is too tight and my feet are too sensitive to handle the rollers and compression at that level. The other levels are even tighter, I think even tighter than the regular levels on the air compressor. If your feet aren't sensitive like mine, it could be a good thing. ... show more

We got this for our mom who has neuropathy and her feet are always cold and numb. We've bought all sorts of things to make her feet feel better, like heated socks, foot baths, compression devices for her legs and feet ... nothing worked. So we were skeptical when we bought the Miko foot massager, even though it kept coming up as one of the top foot massagers in our research. We've been pleasantly surprised (shocked actually) at how much our mom LOVES it. It has an automatic setting for 15 minutes, and she just keeps pushing the start button for hours at a time! The combination of a little heat, the rollers and the compression all work together to give her feet a nice massage. She keeps things on the high setting so she's able to feel it. The only thing that doesn't work great is the remote. You have to push the buttons in just the exact right spot or it doesn't work. But we appreciated that it came with 2 remotes (including batteries), so we can be sitting a few feet away and work it if we want. There are definitely less expensive foot massagers out there, but this one actually works, so was WELL worth the money! ... show more

I walk on concrete for 10-12 hours daily in steel toes. I wanted to try something to see if it would help. I read several reviews and have to agree that this product works great. It hurts a little on the max setting, but after 15-30 minutes my feet feel much better. The compression, rollers, and heat all combine well to help relieve pain better than any foot massage I’ve had. Background: I purchased this to help relieve (cure?) my plantar fasciitis pain in my right foot. I’ve had discomfort for about six months. I’ve purchased several products to deal with this issue (shoe inserts, rollers, straps, sleep socks, etc.). I’ve also done PT. All these things have help reduce my discomfort but I’m not back to 100% pain free. So, this product arrived well-packaged and is simple to set up and use. I ordered the model without remotes but it came with two remotes anyway. In my case, the remotes are not really necessary…and the buttons on the machine itself are more responsive than the remote buttons. The massage mechanisms work in two basic ways: 1) rollers that knead the bottom of your feet from toe to heel and 2) an air compression device that squeezes the front half of your foot. The rollers knead the bottom of your feet from front to back, though the pressure is significantly greater on the front half of your foot compared to the area near your heel. The air compression happens in cycles of squeezing and releasing. The squeezing action also presses the front half of your foot harder against the rollers underneath to get a deeper massage…this is where the real action occurs, and if you have the level too high, there may be some pain as it squeezes too tightly. In this case simply press the ‘minus’ button to reduce the pressure. I’ve already tried about three 15-minute sessions at level 4 out of 5 and it really helps relax the muscles and tendons in my right foot. I am able to walk around without arch support (socks only) in the house immediately after the session with little to no pain. I’m hopeful this could be a game changer for my plantar fasciitis recovery efforts. (Note: There was a QRC code on the back of the remote to easily register this product.) ... show more

I loved this massager, it brought great relief to my sore feet and I used it every night. After two months, the massages stopped working. I have sent an email to the company and will follow up in hopes of having it repaired or replaced UPDATE: The company contacted me and we’re very pleasant and easy to work with.
