Buffer, 2 slime coat ingredients for replacement & conditioning as well as ammonia burn in pond fish & added Electrolytes for stress reduction in fish. Can be used in both fresh & saltwater. I have been using this product for years in my koi pond. I love how little it takes to treat the pond when I top off the level or do a partial water change. Does not hurt the koi. I also like that the concentrated formula comes in a small bottle which doesn’t take up space in the cabinet like the 1 gallon ones did. Pond owners must keep enough on hand to treat entire volume of pond at all times for chlorine emergency! I ran out once and forgot to turn off the hose, and by the time I could get to a store and home 3 of my koi were dead. And chlorine damages fish gills, like being burned, so even the survivors would be vulnerable to chlorine in the future! Hard lesson to learn. Now, I never run out. ... show more

This is the very best dechlorinator that I have ever used. It is concentrated so it goes a long way. This product has saved my prize koi from the deadly affects of our over chlorinated city water. I’ve been having to add a lot of water every few days due to a leak in my pond. I use only MicrobeLift products and my pond stays clean and in balance with the addition of spring/summer cleaner and autumn/winter prep, routine maintenance and backwashing my filter. ... show more
