I was really worried about this tree surviving transit for 4 days to me in Massachusetts in December. But the tree looks great! It's healthy, has little flower buds on it, no soil or water leaks. Unpacked it right away and put it under a grow light it's very happy. The only way it could be better is if there was a weekend delivery option or a faster shipping service. I was very worried it would freeze to death in a truck or on my front steps while I was at work. Maybe these trees can tolerate the cold after all though! ... show more

I'm highly Disappointed. The package showed up obviously all thrown around in shipping. The cardboard holders was not even in the box correctly to keep the tree in place. Then to top it off, alot of the leaves were broke off and tree looks bald to me. There is no blooms or lemon on the tree at all. This was my second attempt and this was worse then the first one after waiting for warmer whether so the tree would get cold. More importantly these trees are not 15-20 inches tall. More like 10-12!! I wanted to order a lime and orange one but now I'm just too afraid to buy anything from here. All I wanted was a descent starter tree. I'm read alot of good reviews but for 80.00 bucks I expect so much more. ... show more

The tree came with many lemons on it. It’s trunk was thick and strong. It’s leaves were dark green and plentiful. It was healthy. I was very impressed with it. I love my tree! The only thing was it came separated from pot with the dirt everywhere. I can’t blame via citrus for this, I blame the careless Imbeciles at UPS that saw the “Live Tree” on box and thought nothing of throwing it from truck to truck! But I contacted via citrus and they assured me that if anything happens they would send me a new tree. I carefully repacked the soil and gave it a sunny window to enjoy… I would definitely order from them again! ... show more

Don't let the reviews fool you. I did receive a small healthy plant but it DIDN'T have blooms or fruit. I will follow the growing instructions and repost in a month

I HAD BOUGHT 3 FROM THIS SELLER. FIRST ONE CAME PACKAGED OK. AFTER A WEEK STARTED TO DRY OUT AND THE LEAVES STARTED TO FALL OFF. NOW I AM GREAT WITH GROWING PLANTS AS I HAVE SO MANY. SECOND ONE IT ARRIVED WITH BROKEN BRANCHES AND DIRT WAS ALL OVER THE BOX WHEN I HAD OPENED. I HAD SENT A TIRD ONE AS A GIFT AND THEY SAID THE SAME. BIT DISAPPOINTED HOW MUCH I HAD SPENT.
