the USB blew out righ away & I called , got someone right away ..seemed he actually worked there & knew his stuff. He immediately sent me a new stronger part that handles the pull from my android & a short video was emailed to me & I had no problem changing the part & the fuse. I really like this scooter. Its top speed is almost too fast, but I'm very happy with the speed variability available on this model. I took it on a trip recently to another city via Amtrak. It worked out beautifully. They were able to load it onto the train easily and it fits on our local buses/light rail. Comfortable seating, and the cane holder is very helpful. It has a very satisfactory battery life and the scooter handles well. I've received a number of complements on how nice this scooter looks (mine is blue). The cup holders are terrific and handy for other items as well. To be fair, I have to include a few Cons: The battery is heavy, and it's much easier to put into the back of my truck with the battery removed. The scooter is a bit too heavy for me to lift into my truck alone, but my truck bed is rather high. It would have been nice if there were assembly instructions enclosed. I had to use the user manual to figure out how everything fit together. The headrest wasn't included in either of the two boxes, but I didn't plan to use it anyhow. As my first mobility scooter, I don't think I could have picked a better scooter. ... show more

Check you battery on your this item. It requires a 20 ah battery. I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas surprise his after months of saving. We are seniors living on a fixed income with very costly monthly meds. My 83 yr old husband has severe lung issues and cannot get around much. After saving up I got this and my husband was thrilled. Since we live in the Midwest he just put it together a month ago and the only thing that worked was the light and horn. I called the number on the brochure it came with and that was disconnected. I contacted the manufacturer and they admitted I had the wrong size battery but it was out of warranty and they couldn’t help me. They asked me for my phone number and said a rep would call me but never did. Now I have to pay an additional $300. For a new battery . I can’t afford another expense but I have no choice. It’s really sad that they exploit the seniors they say they help. ... show more

Who is that woman putting the scooter in her car trunk? Mr. Universe in drag? Otherwise sturdy, speedy, stylish and reliable scooter with a nice tight turning range, although not really so great on grass--try zip ties on wheels for better traction.

It doesn’t say, but the charger is included. Easy assembly! It has plenty of power to take fairly steep hills, but it is narrow, and the center of gravity is high so it will tip over if the slope is too steep, or if you’re going fast and turn sharp.
