I've had this since late summer '24 and I feel comfortable saying it's a great quality treadmill that does everything as advertised. It was easy to assemble and is a welcome addition to my home gym. It is the first thing I do in the morning so I use it barefoot while playing on my ipad at a slow mall walking pace of .5 - 1.7. I like using this as my starter for my workout because I don't have to get dressed or think. It is all set up to just hop on and get going before my brain comes up with objections. My Treadmill arrived yesterday and set it up, instructions were easy to follow. Nice and quiet. I used it right away, met all my expectations but one. When you hold the handles the heart rate stays on and does not run through the program so to see the speed, calories and time you have to move your hands off the handles a little. I am very happy with it; I am 79 years young female. I plan on using it 7 days a week each morning to get my day going. I would recommend this to anyone, does not take up much space. That's the question if you are considering it. If you weigh less than 200# you are fine. It does what you expect, folds up when not in use and has a smaller footprint than most treadmills. If you need this for light use, don't want too many extra bells and whistles and tight on space I would recommend. If you are >200 like me you may notice this machine hopping/skipping when you walk on it, can't imagine running, it doesn't have the strength to keep up. Even at low speeds. My wife is 170 and she hasn't noticed or not said anything. You get what you pay for here, but I will say it's completely acceptable for the price. It could be just a bit longer, you miss a step and you are close to falling off the back. Only gripe for me is the speakers, haven't tested but there's no way they are exciting, you probably have a much better option already with ear buds or small stereo. I wish they would have put those dollars in to more quality in other areas. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The motor is so loud that I know it has to be damaged. It’s unstable when you walk. Didn’t read that this was a non- returnable item. For $209.00, how does a company not stand behind their product. To deem a product non- returnable is so dishonest in my opinion. They know they are selling crappie products, so you cannot return/refund. I have a treadmill that I can’t even use. Wow! IT. IS. NOT. QUALITY!!!!! UPDATE: After contacting the seller, I was requested to provide a video, number on the box. One day later, they asked for the motor number. Then, they offered to send a new motor which I declined. Why would I repair a product that was supposed to be NEW? Next day, they offered $30 & a new motor! By this time, I was DONE!! They didn’t even want the treadmill back! I see some happy reviews on here, I guess I was just unlucky and received a lemon. I will be more careful next time. As a Prime member I have never purchased anything that I could not return except perishables. ... show more

I bought this treadmill because I recently had a kidney transplant. I will need to start walking on a regular basis for exercise. I've used it only once but is a nice treadmill for the cost. We absolutely love this treadmill. When it's too cold outside there is no reason to say, we can't walk. This treadmill is a lifesaver. I recommend highly!! ... show more

Box came with hug hole ripped in it. Don't know if anything is missing for sure. Handle does wobble, can't get it to fit properly. It does skip and snag when walking. Not the best quality. Had no oil for belts either. Programs and book is not helpful. Needs to easier to understand.
