Product was shipped in two boxes, on arriving a couple days after the first. Tracking indicated shipment completed with first box delivered. Seller clarified other box would be delivered next day and it was. Product is great quality and as specified.

Chairs were very difficult to assemble due to the parts not lining up. I had to use C-clamps to pull them together and there were only small picture directions. In addition, one of the chairs is lopsided and will not straighten despite my attempts. Very disappointing!
