When I first opened the package I was surprised by how small everything was. I kinda figured since this was so cheap but OMG definitely worth it! As you can see the color is so vibrant! I was in a rush trying to do my nails and they came out cute. I think with more time and practice they could turn out better. This is definitely worth the money! Thrown in the box and mixed all up, not a shipping issue but a distribution issue, was a total mess once I opened the box, looked used and horrible.. of course not enough time now to make the trip to its destination as a gift..not for Xmas but for bday. I am blown away at the quality of this product. This was my first time using a gel nail manicure on myself and I did quite a bit of research before purchasing on how to apply the correct way and the dos and donts. I’d say my nails turned out very good for a newbie. Honestly, they were giving me salon vibes because it looks 10x better than just your average nail polish. For this look I did a thin layer of base cured for 30s, builder(my nails are really thin so I wanted to add thickness) cured for 30s, thin layer of color( I used the red 0687 & honey she gives 💋) cured for 60s, thin layer of color for a second coat cured for 30s, and then the clear top coat and cured for 30s but it needed a bit more so I hit the 30s again and it was perfect! I will say that I was so nervous about this because of the mixed reviews but mine came flawless works amazing and I’m a super happy woman right now best thing I’ve gotten myself in awhile! ****** ladies this lamp is HOT so I did hold it above my hand about three inches because I noticed that it was tingling on my middle and left ring finger and I didn’t want to burn my skin or ruin my nails so if you find that your skin is a bit more sensitive just lift the machine up a bit and pull some of that heat away from you ;) your welcome. Also, wanted to mention that all of the products this kit comes with look great quality especially the nail files!! The colors on these are mega vibrant, I gifted it to my 12 year old sister and she fell in love with it and now wants to become a nail tech 😂 she is having new nail designs every week. Not sure if I love this or hate it. I love the. Colors. I like all the gems and fun things that come with it. What I don’t like is the light. It doesn’t work well at all. I had to keep going back like 5X to get the polish to be somewhat dry. I also hate the matte. Overall, I liked these polishes. Each sample is two coats with a MEFA top coat. A couple of the polishes were thickened and were somewhat stringy. Once that was removed from the nails I was able to cure and the color looked great.
