Very effective on fresh scars only. I don’t see difference with my old ones but new scar is definitely lighter. I did notice, it makes your hair grow longer in the areas you’re applying cream. I have been using this cream for almost 6 months, I didn’t see any changes on my burn scars for the first two months but I still keep applying it once a day. I started to notice there is a slight improvement on the discoloration on the fourth month, you really have to be patient with the effects of the product because it really works pretty slowly for my burn scars. ... show more

As long as it gets the job done it is holding it longevity. As long as you clean the area with soap and water and pat drying the area it will stick to the skin for healing. If you apply to much it will flack off your skin lotion quickly drys up as well as the greasy feeling is gone, appearance is gone with the lotion greasy feeling is gone with massaging your scars. Size seems to be enough for 3 months for old scar's and 8 weeks for fresh scar's. ... show more
